I am pretty bummed about the Revive Spa. I have been coming here for years and it has just gone a little downhill. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice. But there is definitely not enough servers. We did not see our server by the pool for over an hour, almost two- which was of no fault of her own. She was the only one serving and had a packed restaurant inside. When we did get our food, my salad was overdressed and missing ingredients that it had listed on the menu. My friend's chicken skewers were inedible because they were so hard. The spa pool is dirty and needs to be repaired. It missing tiles all around. Unfortunately, my massage was terrible. So terrible I had to see my chiropractor the next day because I was in pain from the massage. She would do light pressure one minute and then jam her thumbs into my spine the next. I would jump and my whole body would tense. This happened at least 5 times. After years of coming here, it was really disappointing.

    Moms Spa Day

I recently did a spa day at Revive with a few Mom friends when our kids went back to school. I got a 50 minute Swedish massage, with aromatic oils. It was great. Some other Moms did deep tissue, body scrubs, and manicure pedicures. Everyone was very happy with the spa. We met for lunch at the Bistro after our services. The Bistro is cozy and has great natural light coming in. We choose to eat inside because do the heat. The menu is breakfast and lunch Mediterranean cuisine. We had champagne, fresh juices, and shared the Strawberry Tartine as an appetizer. I ordered the Avocado Toast that came with a dill cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, red onion, tomato, and everything seasoning. It was so fresh and delicious. It was a large portion so next time I know it's something I can split. A few Moms ordered the roasted turkey pita and loved that too. After lunch we went outside and enjoyed the Sanctuary pool. It was such a lovely, relaxing day. It was a week day so the spa, bistro, and pool weren't overly crowded which was nice. The worst is trying to relax when you can't even find a place to sit down. We will definitely be back.

5 stars for the spa pool, bistro food and pedi! Leah did an incredible job, I will def be back for the pedi! Unfortunately leaving 3 stars, because the 230$ 50 min massage was a disappointment. It was a very relaxing massage but I am feeling a bad sore after. I have been to other spas for massage in the valley and for that price point you can enjoy much more luxurious spas/massages. The locker room is outdated, and the spa itself self isn't very relaxing of a vibe. Will be back for a pedicure, save your money on the massage.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was welcoming and sweet. Debbie was really sweet and asking if I need anything. My massage was 10/10. If I ever come back to visit Phoenix, I will be back.

Revive spa has an amazing, nearly Olympic sized pool just for spa guests, a nice cafe with a good selection of healthy foods and huge fitness center plus a large waiting room prior to your spa appointment. I had a 60 min Swedish massage which was perfect for working out my sore muscles and also spent a hour working out in the gym. I tried the sauna briefly but as it was August, it just seemed too hot. I wanted to swim laps and was hoping the pool would stay cool since it is such a large pool but unfortunately, the water was way too warm for anything other than wallowing around. My hummus lunch was very good with lots of veggies and they substituted some gluten free flatbread for the pita ( it was a bit like a gluten free pizza crust that you often get at restaurants, but was nicely warmed and toasted). I enjoyed the relaxation lounge prior to my treatment, they had several magazine to chose from. I would certainly come back

I've been to JW Marriott many times but never to their spa. Check in went smoothly, however, when I booked my appointment no one mentioned that the spa was going through some renovations. If I would of know this I would have possibly waited to schedule my appointment once their remodel was done. Their spa indoors is a bit outdated. I am very excited to see the new look! My pedicure was nice. Their pedicure chairs are very comfortable but have a lot of wear and tear. I heard they will be getting new pedicure chairs. That's exciting news. I have two suggestion for the women's locker room. It needs phone chargers and/or usb outlets. My phone ended up dying and I couldn't charge my phone anywhere with my usb cable. I had to ask the front desk for a charger so I could pull up my spa gift card. My other suggestion would be to have a quiet room where you can lay down and relax indoors. They only had some lounge chairs in the hot tub room and outside where the outdoor showers are. They need a quiet and cool area for relaxation especially if it's too hot by the pool. The pool cabanas looked updated and very nice. I liked the design. I enjoyed my meals by the pool. I ordered their jumbo shrimp, southwest caesar salad and their turkey wrap. The salad was my favorite. I will be back once they have completed their remodel!

What's better than an exclusive spa pool?

Environment is really an important part of an experience and can make or break it. While the staff and services at Revive are everything a guest could ask for, the facility is more than ready for an update. Unfortunately, the environment here was too much of a detractor from the overall experience to give Revive more stars.

For my girl's Spa day, we decided on the JW Marriott, and we are so glad that we did! The Revive Spa, with its relaxing ambience, was simply incredible. We were thrilled to be able to utilize the sauna, pool, and bar and even more thrilled with the delicious food. Be sure to try the salsa and guacamole with chips. I cannot wait to schedule our next spa day!

The facilities were nice and the personnel were exceptional. I would definitely return. I have the turkey pita at the bistro and it was one of the best pitas I've had in a long time.

Beautiful spa with excellent accommodations. I love the fact that they have a huge sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, in addition to several massage choices. I went with the CBD oil massage to cut down on the inflammation I had particularly in my legs. When you go, ask for Jesse to be your therapist. He's been there since the place opened and is the best!!

I have been here for years, I am surprised that I have not reviewed it. All the staff from the front desk, spa attendants, service providers, etc. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and provide awesome service. They have plenty of places to lounging inside and outside. All treatments are awesome. Especially the facial, massages, and body treatments! Angelia for facials, she is the best. I love after my treatment go hang out at the outside spa pool!

There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done. Her communication throughout, her questions, her gentle silence was perfect. Her technique with muscle stretching and triggered massage points was spot on. Had the best night of sleep after her massage as well. Thank you for a great experience; your spa is lovely - great great Vibe. Loved it. Will definitely see her again. Highly recommend this spa!

This place did a better job then the expensive hotel in Scottsdale. The massage was a little different for both of us. They worked on different parts but feels good. The place is really nice and clean. They bring you to the quiet room where you fill out some papers and there's snacks there. Also they give you water if you like. You get to choose what type of oil scent you want. Also if it hurts you can tell them and they won't press as hard. They also have packages. So you can come often.

So far I have had two massages, one facial, and and eyelash lift/tint. I am obsessed with their product lines too! I used image in esthetician school- which is sadly an $8k I won't get back in tuition since I never used the degree but I digress. But I love image and especially their ormedic lip balm which is amazing. I also just recently bought their lip plumper which has all natural ingredients and uses WASABI as its plumping agent! It smells similar to the lip injection by too faced but works BETTER. Not to mention the amazing services but the people who I have encountered while checking out/in are also beautiful souls! I have a feeling that is a prerequisite to working here since everyone is so genuine and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Massages- I have had two massages here, first one with cupping and second with hot stones. The cupping was amazing and I felt tension fall off my body after. The hot stones I have decided I have to get every time I go because it felt so amazing and they use Himalayan salt rocks which infuse minerals back in the body. Facial- I love Hannah! She did my facial and eyelash lift/tint. She has such a beautiful soul and I truly enjoy my time talking with her. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skin and the ingredients we put back into it. She gave me an amazing facial which left me glowing and relaxed. I posted a photo below of my eyelash tint/lift and it made a huge difference for my eyes!! The process wasn't horrible or painful at all. If you are in the market for a new spa- look no further!!

Because we were staying on site I made the wise decision to go two days in a row. The first day I went splashy and got a facial at the Sisley spa inside the spa. I love Sisley products. What an incredible experience. This includes up to three flutes of M&C champagne, macarons and a sample gift. It was an excellent facial and a great start to our mini getaway. The second day I went to the larger part of the spa and had a one hour massage with April. This was fantastic. Both days I had full access to all the facilities for no upcharge. There were waterfalls, water therapy and a large rooftop pool. It was chilly out, but many of us braved the chill in our oversized robes in an attempt to soak up some sun by the pool. I got some sun on my legs for a good 20 minutes. Brrrrr! The second day I had a generously sized fruit salad pool side. The only recommendation is that they could make prettier packaging for the food. Service was perfect. I would repeat this in a heartbeat.

I came in for a 1 hour massage and added on the foot scrub. It was a full body massage that ended with a scalp massage. Marie was my masseuse and I highly recommend her. She was very attentive and asked the right questions to make sure I was in maximum comfort. The aromas are perfectly applied and not overwhelming. I loved the eucalyptus towards the end of the massage and my feet felt baby soft and clean after the foot scrub. The amenities are fabulous. The lavender meditation room is under rated. The aroma is subtle and fresh, cool temperature and dim lighting. Feels calm and not many people use it. A nice place to reset and calm your mind. The rooftop pool is nicely shaded, I read my book there for a while. I'm coming back in a few weeks to try a facial. Already booked my next massage.
