First off the location for this place is strange, theres no signs for this business and its behind a building which looks shady in some gym. After reading all the great reviews i was hoping my experience would be great as well but not so much. I had laser done a couple years ago at a different spa and my hair has been coming back. After getting touch ups here, hair is still growing back so im not really impressed with the machine. Personally, I feel like she has a weird attitude if you're just getting touched up. She has been very unprofessional while scheduling and would cancel my appointments (3 in a row) the same day without giving me an option to reschedule. She said herself that she only caters to clients who buy packages so if you're going in for touch ups, you wont get any professional courtesy. Excuse me? She is not that highly trained that she can start treating her clients like she doesnt need them. Why would i spend my money on a business thats rude and doesnt know what they're doing.
