I would be happy to provide documentation by my insurer. What's really disturbing is that they just bill your credit card without ever sending a statement. 3 months after my evaluation my card is billed. It was a last resort after medication failed me, but once I walked into this place, I had wished it was my first line of defense. Dr. Marrow was incredibly compassionate and took the time to listen and really help me understand what was wrong with my neck. Even when dealing with me when I was a hyper and easily distracted teenager, he was patient and caring. I never threw up again from a migraine and my vertigo vanished. I still practice many of the techniques he taught me back then and my life has improved far more than it ever did with migraine medication! This has not been my experience.... there is a sign on the front door that you MUST have a mask on prior to entering, they take your temperature before you go back for therapy, they have "clean" pens for you to use when signing in, and a huge dispenser of hand sanitizer for patients to use, they wipe down all the equipment after each use and all the staff members are wearing masks.
