Yes 3 years ago Covid swamped their office and they couldn't answer the phone. 3 years later they still don't answer the phones. There are signs all over the office saying "that they don't Tolerate abuse to their workers".Obviously if they get that much abuse from their patients it mustn't be the patients that cause the problem. Its saddens me that I can't keep my business local on the island but my health is more important then keeping there grumpy staff happy.

The people here are FANTASTIC! From making an appointment, to check in procedure, to wait time, to actual procedure everyone is professional, efficient and thorough. I can't say enough great things about them. They also have offices in Palm Coast, Port Orange and Deltona. I moved to Jacksonville in April and when it came time for my mammogram I researched everywhere in Jacksonville on my insurance plan. When it came right down to it I decided to make the trip to St Augustine. I based this decision on reviews I read regarding Jacksonville facilities, I knew Radiology Associates Imaging of St Augustine would do the best job for me, that they would take less time to check in, and that the technicians and radiologists were exemplary in the work they would do. They also have a state-of-the art 3D Mammography. Makes the whole process a dream! They are definitely "worth the trip"!

Don't know who she was but was extremely rude to me and obviously did not want to be bothered. She gave me number to call. Before I hung up I asked her to try and be a little nicer and I was sorry she was having a bad day. She hung up on me. My limited experience with island Doctors has been very pleasant up till now. Sorry had to vent. No place to act like that. Guess it's not a big deal anymore. Care has been wonderful. Hopefully will be back to great next time I go.
