So for my birthday I made an appointment and was not exactly sure of what I wanted, but yes Botox was in the list, and I had read up on the different treatments they were providing. I, along with my sweet husband treated myself to the Agnes and Scarlet treatments. None of the treatments were uncomfortable at all. It's been since Feb 9th and the results have been awesome, my pores are smaller, skin is firmer, all of my red spots, broken capillaries are gone. Friends are giving me the best compliments, "Dang girl you look Awesome". I have to say that during the treatment I was overwhelmed for a minute since I had done nothing for myself in so long, that tears rolled down my face, they were super sweet about it, even if I was a little embarrassed. I am so glad that I did this for me and they were super nice, caring, professional. I will be back. Not bad for 54!

Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

Jaimie Greene is unaware how important customer service is to any business. My last two appointments were made in era by her team. I don't appreciate my time not being respected. I showed up at both times for my appointments only to be told the first time that they don't offer the service that I booked and the second time trying to convince me that I was there at the wrong time, even though I showed Jaime the confirmation I received. At no point did Jaimie feel that she needed to offer an apology for the mistake of booking me for a service that they don't offer or that I was sent the wrong appointment time. The first time this happened, I had taken a long break from going back there, but then decided to give it one more try and the second time was just the same experience with incorrect booking information and wasting my time. Jaime's business focus is on educating and training others with her new location. Therefore, customer service has been taking a backseat. Tonja is the most amazing person and injector! Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. Day 6 after injections, I looked in the mirror and literally bawled......the huge indent was gone, I mean really gone! She gave me my confidence back. Today was my second appointment with her to get a touch up! I would recommend her a million times over. injections are not just for wrinkles apparently, they can help with muscle injuries, if done by someone as knowledgeable as her.
