One PT person would be assisting 2 to 4 other people at once. None of the help they gave was meant to reduce pain. It all focused on strength which they told me was not my problem. In other words my strength was fine. The relationship ended on a sour note when one person who I apparently offended in some way decided to withhold insurance coverage information costing me unnecessary delays getting PT for other issues and more money. It caused them to lose my business. My opinion is there has to be better out there. Keep looking.

What I like about this Clinic is that it is very personal. At other clinics I had the experience of having four or five different people work on my therapy within any given visit. I dreaded my visits there. Here I am assigned one person that stays with me the entire time. This is the way it should be. When being assigned to the same therapist for the entire appointment, they get to know you better, what you need to work on and how they can help you best. This is a nice clinic, conveniently located on Argyle Forest. They have a large rehab area with various types of rehabilitation equipment to meet your needs. You can park right in front of this clinic and there is always parking availability. The therapists are very friendly - I enjoy this! They care for you, and they make sure that you are feeling comfortable with your therapy. If you ask questions, they will answer the questions. They will have questions for you as well..so that they can provide the best services. Instead of dreading your clinic time in physical therapy each visit, you actually will look forward to it because it is a happy, positive environment! The front office staff is top-notch with smiles to greet you, and whole staff is professional in demeanor. My left knee had a muscle that ache in the back & left side. My left arm/shoulder & middle back sharp pains! It was difficult to drive/shop & sleep. The TEAM stays attentive your movement! One is that about the time the therapist was making a good connection with him, Info would take the therapist off the case and assign someone new. I believe our son would have made progress faster if they hadn't done that. The most irritating part was their billing. Because of our son's diagnosis, he is eligible for a medical scholarship that covered our co-pay, but Invo was very late billing us for most of our visits. For instance, he had weekly appointments Jan-August. All bills for the scholarship had to be turned in by Aug 1st for that year. We didn't get the bill for that period until September to October so we couldn't claim any of it. I thought this was all done but I just received a bill for four visits almost two years ago. It was processed by our insurance company about two months after the visits, so I know they weren't waiting for that. So now, I'm stuck with the full cost of another four visits long after we are done with therapy!
