The clinic staff failed to inform my daughter during her pre-visit phone call that she needed to upload her insurance card to the portal and bring a physical copy to her appointment. When she mentioned this at the front desk, staff dismissively denied it with a neck shake, saying "No, they didn't." When my son-in-law tried to help, they closed the glass window on him and laughed--absolutely outrageous behavior. My daughter has been waiting in severe pain for this appointment. To be treated this way and turned away when she could provide the insurance information digitally--which they refused to accept--is completely unacceptable.

I explained my pain symptoms and he said he figured I had numerous discs bulging and/or hemorrhaged. His educated guess was L3 through S1 and he was dead on the money. Treatments unfortunately only helped me for about a day or two- but since it is severe, I will take the temporary relief over no relief. Staff is always friendly and next week I might try acupuncture with him. I've done acupuncture before and had great results, so I am more than willing to try everything! I am also going to an orthopedic, I am literally throwing everything at this injury.

I started with Dr. Yurio and after a few sessions of physical therapy ordered an MRI. Turns out I completely tore my ACL and part of my meniscus. I was presented with my options and ultimately decided to have surgery to repair my injuries. I was transferred to Dr. Kaplan and he again presented me with my options. I decided to continue moving forward with the surgery. At no time was I pressured into having the surgery. For my lifestyle and health it made sense to move forward. Fast forward to surgery day - The surgery center is in the same building and is well maintained. I was introduced to several people who would be participating in the surgery and each one confirmed with me why I was there. It was clear patient care and safety was a top priority. Follow up appointments were a breeze. They email any paperwork required prior to the appt. And after check in the most I ever waited was 5 mins in the big waiting room or in the actual room. I saw either the PA and Surgeon during these appts. Both were professional and never made me feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. Or they may not even be at the desk. They hate their jobs and you can tell. Awful awful awful. Management has got to step in. Now Elizabeth the PT here is amazing. From looking around, and seeing the other Therapists I would say she's the absolute best. The other therapists are young and don't have any patients hardly ever. I think there are 3 good PTs here and Elizabeth is definitely one of them. Seriously, Elizabeth is amazing. I would only go to her. Only. The management really needs to do something about the younger therapists and front staff. It's bothersome. They're arrogant and if they don't want to be there they don't need to be. It ruins everything there. I see them work with people and they are not happy. This review would be 5 for Elizabeth. Front desk staff ruins it.
