I got fixed in one visit (yea, a record!) had the full attention of the doctor who stretched me and pushed and pulled, showed me how one leg being longer than the other was twisting my pelvis, got me back in alignment and showed me a couple of quick exercises to keep from pinching my sciatic nerve.
