I went there in late Nov and got $1200 of Botox and filler. The only thing that changed was that I had significant bruising! And still do and it's Jan now. I look exactly the same there was ZERO difference. So I wasted $1200 on something that should've lasted 3 to 6 months The area he did showed zero difference. "A Sizzling Experience--Literally!" Last year, I invested over $5,000 at Pure Harmony Spa with Wendy for EM Face and IPL treatments. My face was practically part of their loyalty program. Fast forward to this year--I came in for "maintenance." (Spoiler: My skin got maintained like a piece of burnt toast.) First, let's talk about the sales pitch. There I was, reclined like a trusting spa potato, when Wendy launched into a rapid-fire upsell session like she was on Shark Tank. Packages, add-ons, mystery costs--none of it explained, but all of it expensive. I half expected a Square reader to pop out of the steamer. Then came the main event. She zapped my face with zero warning about add-ons or risks. Next day? Sunburn city. Wendy's response? "Oh no sweetie, you didn't wear sunscreen." Me: "Actually, I did. I buy it in bulk and have receipts to prove it!" Her: "Well, you didn't wear it to the spa... for the 4-minute drive. What if you got in an accident and were exposed to the sun for 45 minutes?" Ma'am... what?! If I get in an accident, my priority isn't UV protection--it's survival. Also, you wiped off my face before the treatment, so I literally couldn't have had sunscreen on by the time the laser came out anyway. Logic? Absent. Remorse? None. Just vibes and vaporized collagen. So here's the tea: Wear ALL the sunscreen. Wear a solar panel. Wrap yourself in aluminum foil. And if you're going to Pure Harmony, maybe bring a lawyer. Wendy, I wish you well, and I hope the next client doesn't come out of your treatment room looking like a rotisserie chicken. Because not everyone is as nice as me. read more

I have been going to Pure Harmony Med Spa for 3 years. Darian is the best at fillers whether it be Sculptra, Juviderm, Botox etc. She listens to what you want and she takes her time during the procedure. There is always a little discomfort no matter what for these procedures but she keeps it very well under control and makes sure you are comfortable. You can tell how important it is to her to make her clients happy and you can always tell she loves what she does. Wendy is also equally wonderful. I have done PRP and IPL with Wendy. She has excellent knowledge in the procedures she performs and explains everything she is doing and the benefits you should see as well as post care and how to get the best results. Treated myself to a microneedling session here a few weeks back. Went in on a Saturday morning at 11 and the procedure took roughly a hour. The procedure was completely painless and the esthetician was very professional. Informed me all steps of the way and what to expect during and after the treatment. After seeing my results I have already booked another session. I will note that the building had an interesting smell when I entered. I have looked into a few other med spas in the area and was overwhelmed by the costs and the packages. Wendy was down-to-earth and empathetic with wanting to keep within a budget. From my experience I'm August 2022: Wow, super impressed with this place and the doctor and staff. To be honest, I am pretty picky and a little difficult to impress and, well, I'm impressed! Dr. Bryce Tiller is so easy to talk to, straightforward, genuinely friendly, and knowledgeable and skilled at the procedures they offer there. I had a chance to ask about various treatments they offer while getting Ultherapy for my face done and he knows the ins and outs about them all, and straightforward about pricing and what to expect. The Ultherapy was relaxing and easy, comfortable. It's apparently supposed to be a little uncomfortable but I can't say I experienced much discomfort at all. Can't wait for full effects of the treatment to take place, which can be a few months to allow for collagen formation, but my face already appears to be tighter. I gabbed the whole time (poor Dr. listened to me talk talk talk the whole time, haha), and I was comfortable during the procedure, and he is so nice, laid back, and easy to talk to! Not an ounce of stuffy or pretentiousness with this guy; so very much appreciated!! Staff were all kind and sweet, easy to deal with as well, and all seemed happy to be working there. I am definitely going to be going back for the other various treatments they have, and can't wait to have the Ultherapy for my neck as well. read more
