I tried to schedule a visit, however due to unforeseen circumstances i had to reschedule it, and later one day before the appointment i asked if its still possible to reschedule, i did apologize and ask only if its possible- if no i would have kept my appointment. But i just got a reply saying, " its cancelled " . I apologized again and gave them specific date and time that I would want to reschedule the appointment to, however after a pretty long time i received the response saying they cannot reschedule on sunday and would reach out on monday. Comes Monday- I messaged again to schedule the appointment and by this time I was really frustrated- and asked them to atleast reply and if they cannot i can schedule elsewhere- there are multiple other places where the reviews are genuine and they respect their customers. So rather than providing me an alternate date or time or slot- she just asked me to schedule it elsewhere. I felt she was very rude despite of me apologizing multiple times. She has customized a plan specific to my needs and also gave me a plan for home treatment. I had a lymphatic massage which can improve circulation through stimulating the lymphatic system. I have so far had two post-op lymphatic drainage massages with Maureen and I honestly can't sing her praises enough. She really understands the techniques needed to reduce swelling, and loosening up those early stages of hard swelling/scarring. I had my first appt with her on post-op day 5 and my second on day 8.
