I brought Daniel a Blackview BV9600Pro -- a rare, rugged, and very obscure phone. I'd already bought the spare parts online, but the repair was far too complex for me to handle myself. Daniel took it on without hesitation. Here's what truly impressed me: I originally arranged the repair back in November 2024... then life got in the way, and I completely lost track. Almost a year later (October 2025), I reached out -- and Daniel calmly told me everything was already done and my phone was waiting for me. Talk about reliability and professionalism. I purchased 15/01/2024 £55 from a guy behind the counter what I…read morewas advised as official PS4 controller in white. came with instruction charging cable in original box. when connected to my PS4 it said this controller may not be compatible and may not work properly as an error that popped up on screen. I taken the controller apart to only fine a lipo battery 3/4 smaller than the original battery which I compared to the authentic PS4 controller I was replacing because of stick drift. the battery wasn't grey as inside original no markings on the battery to show MAH or even what manufacture it was. also the battery in fake controller was stuck down with a double sided sticky pad as did not fit the internal battery tray. Also the sticker on the back of the controller was not straight stuck on like authentic and underneath the battery tray the board had different markings compared to the original. compared this to ifixit comparison online as well to prove it was fake. I went back to the store on the 16/01/2024 and they guy wasn't there it was a female member of staff. I taken my fake controller back along with my authentic PS4 controller and opened up my authentic controller and also the fake one to point these issues out and asked for a refund. The poor lady was obviously dealt with negativity from customers before and went on a rant about there great reviews and said yelp was useless. I explained this is not her fault and she advised that she would call her boss and went through the back of the store. She came back out to where I was at the counter and confronted me with her boss on the phone who started to shout and say to leave the store. I advised that he has sold counterfeit goods and would call the police if didn't have my full refund of £55. he proceeded to be aggressive and nasty saying for me to call the police he doesn't care and to F*** Off. I dismissed him and said have a nice day the lady hung up. I explained to the lady she has been perfectly pleasant and that she should seek alternative employment as her customer service was spot on and her skills could be used elsewhere that isn't selling counterfeit goods. I explained that the way these things normally go with a reputable shop or business is to apologise advise to check with there supplier and offer a full refund. not telling customers to F*** Off and to call the police he doesn't care. the lady agreed and I received my refund via card for £55 and got the receipt. I shall await to see if comes back to my bank account if not then the police shall be called and also a charge back process begun at my bank. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS FOR ANYTHING TO PURCHASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR NEEDS.

Second time in store and the repair person who helped me was great…read more My laptop would not turn on before arrival and within two minutes of disconnecting the battery and reattaching again it was working. We discovered that the power button was losing sensitivity but still worked and that was the cause of my device not turning on. I was advised on how to use it for now as long as it was working, and only if it did stop I could have a new keyboard fitted. No unnecessary repairs where pushed on me which I found put me at ease. As a repeat customer I was not charged for this quick fix which was very much appreciated. Should I have anymore issues with my Macbook I will use this repair business again.

Gregor took his time to take apart my custom laptop to determine the source of the heat which was caused by quite a few things. Gregor took this is in stride and was not phase when he noticed a few potential issues but instead focused on finding a pragmatic solution - which he did. My CPU is now running at 32 degrees and my laptop is quiet! Also worth noting that Gregor has a fantastic manner and made the whole process easy. Highly recommended
