Although the stylist, level 3, was not fit for her level. I mentioned to her that i wanted layers, and she first said that she will cut layers after styling. That is the first i am hearing. Then she changed her mind and did layers right after the cut, very rushed. Then with styling, i had asked for outward curls, whereas she did inwards. As i pointed tthat her technique was not wrong, she mentioned that it was my hair that was a problem. My teen-age son who never paid attention to my hair today asked me what was wrong with my hair.
