Their price range for woman's cuts is $35 up to a little over $60, depending of course on who is cutting your hair, and they asked which price range I was comfortable with which I greatly appreciated! My cap was $45, but ended up paying $35. Lisa cut my hair and did an amazing job with it and styled it beautifully! She was really sweet and answered all of my questions about products and what type of help their salon would offer me when it comes time to start planning my hair for my wedding. The atmosphere there was very friendly! Clients and staff all seemed to know each other and created an easy atmosphere to enjoy. They're currently in the process of redoing the decor which I didn't even notice! It's extremely cute inside and can't wait to see the finished product. More recently she decided that you have to pay the credit card fees if you are paying with a credit card. Are you serious?!?!?! They are always busy...always. It's not like she is struggling to make ends meet. The fact that she is constantly make the customer come out of pocket to offset her business costs is just annoying. If it wasn't for my hairdresser that I've been going to for a very long time, I would have been out of here a looooonnnnng time ago. There are no perks at all. She doesn't give free samples, no gifts around the holidays, nothing. Just more fees! Now she increased prices on top of the added fees. One time I was given the wrong change. I didn't even realize until I was almost home and I had to drive all the way back because it was a full $10 short. The woman that answers the phone is not kind or friendly. The shampooers are always leaving you soaking wet. Ever since Ricardo left, they've been hard pressed to find a good shampoo person. The parking lot is tiny and an accident waiting to happen. Once my eyebrow waxer left (a long time ago), I decided to just stop getting waxed because the new girl did an awful job and I never bothered trying anyone else. Again, if it wasn't for my actual hairdresser, this place wouldn't have anything going for it. Hopefully the owner can start putting more effort into doing something for her loyal customers before she starts losing more of her hair stylists...and their customers.

I honestly never thought I would be writing a one-star review for this salon. I really liked my…read morestylist, appreciated the work she had done for me, and fully intended to continue being her client. That is probably why the way this ended was so upsetting and surprising to me. I had a full extension maintenance appointment scheduled for September, but I'm going on vacation and was hoping to have my hair done sooner. My stylist was completely booked and then going on vacation herself. I simply asked the salon whether another stylist might be able to help me. I continued trying to reach the salon through their text number, by phone, and by email. I wasn't trying to be difficult or demanding. I genuinely just wanted to know whether another stylist could do my hair before my trip. The salon was also holding additional extensions that I had already purchased and paid for, so when I eventually scheduled a consultation elsewhere, I needed to retrieve my own hair to bring with me. When I finally reached an employee by phone, I simply explained that I wanted to pick up my hair. She asked why, and I answered honestly that I had scheduled somewhere else because I needed to have it done before vacation and I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at the salon. I thought that was the end of the conversation. Instead, shortly afterward I received a text from my stylist, who is also the owner. She told me she had spoken with the employee, accused me of being rude to her staff, and told me: "I think it's better for you to just come and get your hair and go elsewhere." She then told me she would not tolerate a client speaking to her staff that way and ended the message with: "Thanks for your business." I wasn't asking for special treatment. I wasn't angry that my stylist couldn't fit me in. I wasn't asking her to work during her vacation. I wasn't threatening to leave. I was simply trying to find another stylist who could accommodate me before my trip and, when that didn't work out, pick up the expensive extensions I had already purchased so I could have them done somewhere else temporarily. I genuinely wish someone had simply called me and said, "Hey, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. Can you tell me what happened?" I would have been more than happy to talk about it. Instead, a client who had every intention of returning was told to collect her belongings and go elsewhere. I'm attaching the relevant text messages/email because I don't want this review to become a situation where it's simply my word against someone else's. I'd rather potential clients read the actual exchange and decide for themselves how they feel about the way it was handled. I'm especially sharing this for other extension clients. Extensions are a significant investment, and in my case the salon was physically holding hair that I had already purchased. Communication and trust are incredibly important when a business is holding something expensive that belongs to you. I'm not happy to leave this review. I'm actually really disappointed that things ended this way because I didn't want to leave this salon in the first place. Unfortunately, after being spoken to this way and dismissed as a client over what I believe was a misunderstanding, I would not feel comfortable returning and cannot recommend the salon. I even waited for a response from her after I explained the misunderstanding, thinking she would at least acknowledge what happened or try to resolve things, but I never received one.
