This salon has gone downhill... Owner has always been snarky, rude, and arrogant. No welcome and looks like you are on your own to initiate getting acknowledgment and service. Raised the price twice a total of $15 in two years time and not cheap! Not offered drinks or snacks. Will NOT be back! Parking limited too. Haircut is okay but has been better in the past. Been here several times for cuts and color. The service was fine, no complaints. Parking is tough. I no longer support them because they've made it clear that they support things that I cannot (think red baseball caps) Especially the owner. Update: My husband was VERY impressed with the haircut and he usually can't tell the difference between them. He said it looks like "wedding day curls" and my friend said it looked so good it almost looked fake, lol. It's awesome and less maintenance than before. Had a curly cut with Chelsea and as I was checking out I said "I think this is my favorite haircut ever." I've had curly cuts before and I've had them locally but Chelsea listened to what I didn't like about them, what I wanted from this cut, and how I was likely to style it at home. It was EXACTLY what I wanted but even better. I am so glad to have found my hair stylist. I'll be bringing my daughter to her for sure. And Chaad's shampoo was AMAZING read more

Bottom line - they are overpriced and the owner is not reasonable when it comes to fixing messed up hair. The salon itself seems clean and looks nice. The people were all nice and tried to be attentive (aside from the owner). I wanted to like this place, but the results for the prices they are charging are just not good enough. Save your money. If you desire a shorter hair style don't go here. My cut was $105 and I think I could have gone to Hair Cuttery and gotten a better cut. My hair has no style, is over textured, and difficult to blow out. In addition to that, I was not greeted when I entered the salon and when someone finally showed up at the front desk I wasn't acknowledged. No one asked if they could take my coat. No one asked if they could get me anything. When I approached the desk to check in I was given a piece of paper to fill out. When I returned with the form no one was there. a few minutes later when someone was at the desk I asked if I had been checked in. They looked at me like I had 2 heads and said "you have 10 minutes until your appointment time". I wasn't inquiring about the wait. Just wanted to know if my stylist knew I was there. There seemed to be a lot of whispering going on between the owner and some staff members. Like there was some gossip they were engaging in. I found it to be extremely rude. Worst salon experience ever! Tried to blowout my hair today. I'm so upset. My hair is frizzy (from the over texturizing), it's long in the back, so so short on the sides. I've never had a cut where there was nothing I could do to make it look okay. Nothing worse than a cut you can't live with. Don't book with Rachel. Just because she's the owner doesn't make her a good stylist. read more

So my eyebrows in my older age have lightened and some are white :( . I hate penciling in because i stink at it . I went to INVU to get my eyebrows tinted , which is easy peasy for some . However not so much for me . I have skin that grabs color and stains , but i took the chance anyway because i need it !! First off, this salon is gorgeous and clean from top to bottom. Second, they have a gem of a stylist. Alaina was everything I needed. She consistently gives me amazing hair whether it is cut or color. Her blow outs last for days. There is nothing better then waking up the day after getting your hair done and it STILL looks good. She manages to keep the shine in my hair when she colors and I somehow still have the perfect length after she removes the dead ends. She's easy to talk to and knows her stuff. My haircut was uneven and I wasn't happy with my highlights.
