I researched basically all the pediatric dentists around Seattle, Redmond, Issaquah, and Bellevue. We decided to go with Dr. Jun at Mint. Dr. Jun is amazing! She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and you can tell she is just a really good person through and through. We were cash paying patients since we did not sign up our daughter for dental insurance during open enrollment. Oops. Dr. Jun worked with us and was incredibly generous, and we are very grateful to have found her. Everyone we worked with including the dental assistants, Melanie at the front desk, and Dr. P (the anesthesiologist) were just all so wonderful. So caring, and again, just all good people. Im pretty sure Dr. P has magical powers and I have never seen someone so good with kids before. I trust them all, and 100% will continue to bring all my kids to Dr. Jun.

Dr. Lee is caring and empathetic, and you can tell he genuinely understands how stressful dental pain can be for kids and parents. My two boys have had fillings and other treatments, and Dr. Lee has called later the same day to check in and make sure they're doing okay. I also appreciate that he's conservative with treatment--he doesn't recommend fillings or cavity work unless it's truly necessary. Once, when my son had sudden pain from an emerging tooth, Dr. Lee even responded to my text on a weekend and reassured me on what to do, which was a huge relief. He also takes time to share practical tips to prevent cavities, which says a lot about how much he cares. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to any parent looking for a thoughtful, trustworthy kids' dentist.

Dr Sue herself . . . well, let's just say she wasn't the most professional in speaking about other dentists/orthodontists in the area. We left the office feeling like we greatly let our kids down in terms of their dental care. She was also speaking in front of the kids and they kept asking why Dr Sue didn't like the other providers. She also recommended an orthodontist saying that she was "the best" but upon consulting with said 70+ year old orthodontist, there are definitely different strategies and newer technologies out there.
