That was the extent of the "help" they offered. The nurse that performed the improper injection, Sheila Scheib, is still employed by them and still injecting patients. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

She did not seem happy to give me my usual amount and I did feel that was to push a higher sale price. I was immediately uncomfortable after this, and on top if that, needing to tip.
