It's small and intimate and most importantly Tina is wonderful and knows what she's doing. She gets it done quick so you're not sitting there in pain and honestly it hurt SO much less than waxing and I've tried dozens of high end waxing places in different cities. She also uses all natural products that calm the skin and she gives you a hot towel after to soothe everything and let you clean up after. I always hated other places that leave sticky wax on your underwear. (TMI but I also came in with my Aunt Flow and Tina was so cool about it didn't even bat an eye). I highly recommend this place and she sells nice all natural products but doesn't push you into buying anything. I purchased one of the calming serums and am excited to try it. They then lead you in to their spa and take you straight to your room (I miss the lounge area with the fire and complimentary drinks, but I totally u see stand). This past visit I had a facial and absolutely loved it as I received amazing skin care as well as a mini massage to the places I hold the most stress/tension - arms, neck, scalp, face!
