My time with Innovative started back in 2017 when I started the Ideal Protein program. I was teamed up with a kind, caring and knowledgeable consultant that guided me through 85 pounds of weight loss. I will forever be grateful for the day that I decided to attend a weigh loss information meeting as it has truly changed my life forever. I was given plenty of time, shown pictures of before/afters, discussed price in detail and I was given and honest estimate of the the outcome. I was not forced into purchasing any additional products or services, I was not promised ANYTHING (I have a firm believer in honesty being the best policy) and when I said that I wanted to wait to book my first appointment until I talked things over with my best friend, I was encouraged rather than judged. I am currently done with my second session and the results are proving that I made the right decision. (Madelyn is absolutely fantastic and so much fun to talk with during your appointment!) Once I presented with a severe complication, they refused to provide me with any kind of medical care or even advice. After a few days, they began calling constantly to badger me for photos. That was the extent of the "help" they offered. The nurse that performed the improper injection, Sheila Scheib, is still employed by them and still injecting patients. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

I'm getting weekly facials from Sherry to get rid of my acne. She's very knowledgeable about her field and happens to be a great conversationalist too! She expends a good deal of time and effort through the painful but necessary process of extraction and uses very effective products. I lost a good deal of bad skin the week after the first facial and can feel my skin breath now. The spa carries the IMAGE line of skincare which is extremely effective for the price, as are the facials. If your skin needs some tough love, this is the best place for it. They have a wide variety of facials to suit whatever you're looking for.

In addition to teaching in their classroom space, my students used several of the healing rooms. Each was nicely furnished with a soothing color painted on the walls. Lovely relaxing music wafts throughout the center, and the students found that during their practice sessions they were able to deeply relax in the very nurturing environment. They also have a nice gift shop where customers can select from an array of healing crystals, aromatherapy oils, healing jewelry and more. The entire center was very clean, and quiet. I was on a very tight travel schedule and unfortunately I was unable to personally schedule a massage. However, I heard several very satisfied customers exclaim that their massage was "the Best ever!" If I am in the area again, I will be sure to schedule time for a massage.
