That was the extent of the "help" they offered. The nurse that performed the improper injection, Sheila Scheib, is still employed by them and still injecting patients. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

I have never ever been asked to tip for Botox in my life( been to dr's in LA and here in cr) and felt this was tacky. Unfortunately I won't be back.
