Not sure what we'd do without Revival! Our fur baby Jinkx is scared of almost everyone and everything except us. We met with Lindsay for an initial private session and she was wonderful, giving us advice and homework to help Jinkx get over her fears. And when we realized our puppy needed a bit more help, Revival came through again, getting her signed up for the amazing Day Training program to further build her confidence. We are thrilled with the kindness and expertise of everyone at Revival! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Had a private lesson in our backyard for the new pup we adopted. Yennifer was an excellent trainer who taught us a lot about being first time dog parents. She also showed us the essentials for helping him to stop barking as often, helping him overcome his fear of climbing stairs, and how to teach him tricks. Overall, highly recommend them if you're looking for a trainer!

My dog Petey has done really well with Revival's Skills 1.0 Group Class and about ten days of their day training / boarding. They do a good job of mixing it up with different settings for training in distracting environments after he's shown some level of mastery in a more sterile environment. Jess has mostly been training our dog, and she has been great. My wife and I joke that our dog likes her better then us.

I was instructed by her breeder that she would need some training and recommended boarding her for 3 weeks but that didn't sit well with me. I couldn't imagine myself missing 3 weeks of her growth. I found Revival and the day classes caught my attention. I love that I can drop her off in the morning and pick her up in the evening. The communication it's amazing any concern I have they take the time to listen, empathize, and find a solution. My baby loved them so much I decided to enroll my boy Hershey too. He did not need much behavior correction but they have worked on his skill set and he just loves to be there. I do not have children so my pups are my babies . I can rest in knowing that they give them just as much love as I do when they are training with them. They are also veteran friendly. I saw a huge difference in my girl's behavior right away and I plan to keep her training with them for as long as she can.

We absolutely LOVE Revival Dog Training. My Rhodesian Ridgeback Chili has enrolled in day training and private lessons as well as group classes over the past year plus. Every interaction has been positive and respectful. If you are looking for a school or simply daycare for your dog, no matter the size or age, I can highly recommend the staff and facilities at Revival. They are professional in every aspect and work together as a team under the expert leadership of Hayley Baxter. The atmosphere is friendly and authentic, and I never have to worry about Chili when I drop him off. He loves it there!

I'm new to Houston and read reviews and went by many places. I have a large breed Dogo Argentino show dog who is such a softy. My last Dogo she's a tough girl and needed strong boot camp type training. But this sweet soft boy needed a different softer approach so i decided on Revivals way of training. So far my sweet 8 month old who's already 100lbs is loving his day lessons. I'm a nurse and need the early drop off and late pick ups. They are so nice and accommodating. I randomly stoped by and the lovely owner took my personally on a tour prior to bringing Drake. On his second day he got dropped off and acted like he owned the place thank you Revival you're helping me with my huge softy boy

Our puppy Navi has attended puppy-k training and now is in day training, and my husband and I love revival. Our puppy is always excited when she gets there, and we've seen great results. We do love how we get homework to help us practice her training at home and how she is being exposed to other puppies. We plan on enrolling her also in weekend classes to help develop her skills as well.

Words cannot express how much our dog Cooper has grow since going to revival. He had been doing day training which has helped him with his impulse control and energy. The trainers are so attentive and constantly follow through in their communication of progress at pick up as well as sharing detailed video of the work they have been doing. I would highly recommend Revival to anyone looking for a warm environment for their dog!

"Gia" - European Doberman, 1 year old. Bandana from the Revival team
    Alexandra F.

My 10-month old Doberman, Gia, had *severe* separation anxiety and was a big jumper. The day she chipped my tooth jumping up to lick my face was when I decided she needed professional training. Having such a high energy working breed dog made me nervous about the purely positive training style at Revival. After I visited several trainers around Houston. I enrolled her in the day training program and to my surprise, Gia's trainer, Mari, exceeded every expectation. Gia learned how to control her emotions and anxiety, strengthened key commands and built confidence. The two most valuable things Gia learned at Revival were 1) relaxing in the crate and 2) loose leash walking with a gentle leader - a tool I had never considered using before. The entire team at Revival is fantastic and I can't thank them enough. They also send video recaps of each training day, which were fantastic and helpful for me to continue working with her. Gia also developed a beautiful bond with her trainer and I felt so comfortable knowing she was being treated and handled with so much care.

    Riley at basic manners class
    Just A G.

I took my 7 yr old golden retriever to a basic manners class they offered. Yennifer was the instructor and she was great! Prepared, friendly & obviously loves dogs! During registration for the class I spoke with Hayley & Tailer (2 other trainers) and I am so impressed with this stellar team! My dog enjoyed the classes very much & I saw a lot of improvement! I was amazed at how easily my dog picked up the commands & her leash training is so much better! The classes are small (we had 6 dogs) and the yard the classes are taught in is large and comfortable. The class is very structured and it definitely feels like dog "school" not play time! I know they offer a range of classes for puppies & dogs of all ages... I'm looking forward to the advanced manners class! I highly recommend Revival Dog Training- positive reinforcement style training techniques & a great staff!

The neighbors called animal control to let them know about abandoned puppies in the house. However, the new owner arrived and shot Emma's puppy siblings in front of her. Animal control officers showed up right as the new owner was about to kill Emma and her last remaining sister. They took Emma and her sister to their outdoor no kill shelter where she stayed for 8 months. Because of Emma's trauma and her isolation at the shelter, she had a lot of fear issues when we adopted her. Her first night with us was her first time being in a house since the one she was abandoned in. It was hard getting her through doorways because she had a lot of fear. We decided to call Beyond the Dog right away. Lindsey came and spent a lot of time working with her. It took a week for Emma to let her get near her. Lindsey was very dedicated to winning her over. She was so patient and wonderful with her. Emma came out of her shell and Lindsey was able to work with her on basic commands and on getting her out around people. Emma built a strong bond with Lindsey and was excited by Lindsey's visits and even gave her kisses. One of my big worries with Emma was getting her to a vet and letting them give her shots. At the beginning, I could not see how that would have been possible. She had a lot of trust issues. She was very fearful of men (even my dad). Lindsey worked on socializing her and getting her out in public around people. At the end of the training program, Lindsey came with us to the vet and we got to watch Emma get shots from the vet. Our vet was even very impressed by Lindsey and the Beyond the Dog. Now that Emma is finished with training, she has a lot of confidence and even goes up to people. Lindsey truly trains with love. We are very thankful for all her time and effort with Emma.

They had a blueberry facial, they had bandanas, they also had a lot of exercise and 1:1 time. What I loved-- is how we can check the pet cameras to make sure they are ok! They also did brain games too and they were so tired when we picked them up! Money usually cries in the car but he didn't cry at all on our way back so I could tell that dogtopia did a very great job. Jasmine also explained everything well. The pups also had their nails trimmed too!!!! I loved how they center the dogs around like what group they can be too! Penny and Money were in the medium dog size group for medium energy! The first day we met them I took Toro for an evaluation, I explained my main concerns about Toro's behavior, Trey worked with the leash for 45 minutes (nothing crazy, any other dog trainer could have done it too) and they convinced me they could "fix" Toro's behavior. They created a whole work plan, I was so excited, this guy Trey should be on sales because I totally fell for everything he said. Toro stayed at their house FOR exactly a MONTH. The main plan was that Toro was going to stay with them for two weeks and then he was going to come back home to see his behavior and then he was going to go back with Trey for the needed touch ups, they also promised me to keep me updated with daily videos, I received 4 videos from them, on one it's just Trey walking Toro in a grocery store and the others are Toro in his kennel or playing with Trey's dogs in the backyard, I DIDIN'T received videos of Trey training him. Well, I don't know why but they just kept postponing the day of his pick up I literally had to go pick my dog up because they kept pushing the date, sketchy huh? When I picked him up Toro a month after, he was VERY SKINNY, and he had a bump on his face (pictures attached). The night I picked him up, Trey was showing us how to control Toro with the leash, he was doing the same show he did the first day, I could tell he was struggling to control him, after 15 min Toro calmed down a little bit and that's when Beth started recording, I guess for publicity purposes, but of course she didn't filmed when Toro wasn't miss behaving, she also stopped recording when I made a question to Trey about me not seeing any improvement they totally put him in the spot. Toro came back home with us and his behavior was even WORSE, he was jumping on cars and he was being reactive to people, things that he didn't do. Toro's main problem is reactivity to other dogs, Trey confirmed he was aggressive which is NOT TRUE as Toro worked with a younger trainer before and he said his reactivity was not for aggression and even when dogs get close to him he never tries to bite them, I've attached a picture where Trey said Toro's a little aggressive when greeting other dogs and tries to dominate but that he was going to solve it that I had nothing to worry about that it was more like showing a child how to calm at the dinner table. Trey saying Toro is aggressive is just an excuse for him not being able to do his job. After picking my dog under bad conditions and his behavior definitely not better I decided to stop working with them so I sent a text message explaining them my reasons and concerns and asking for a refund, I offered to pay them as a "DAY CARE" for the whole month that the kept my dog but I wasn't comfortable with them taking 2,000 USD from me when they know they didn't do what promised. I wanted my money back because I AM NOT SATISFIED with their service. OF COURSE they didn't give me a refund, not even a partial refund, Trey got super defensive, he was talking about getting lawyers involved and that it wasn't his first time dealing with a situation like this, lol I wonder why? The first time I met Trey he smelled like alcohol, which gave me a bad feeling of leaving my dog under their care, should have trusted my gut. SCAMMERS!!!
