Like everyone else, I was worried about ordering a pre-painted part without them having the car there for a paint reference. But I took a chance and even though I chose not to send in a part for paint matching, it all worked out! I side swiped my own car while backing up a trailer and decided to do the repairs myself instead of going through insurance. Not only did I damage the top bumper cover, but I broke the lower diffuser as well. I had to contact Revemoto directly since they didn't have the diffuser on their site, but I gave them the part number that matched the options on my car and they sent me a quote for both parts. Their communication was top notch too. They confirmed multiple times that I had the correct OEM part numbers and when I asked for two paint colors, they confirmed again that's what I needed. After that, they called me to do one upsell which was the expedited service, but I declined since I placed the order on December 1st and knew I would be out of town for Christmas and I wasn't in a rush to get them back anyway. It was delivered via their private courier service since apparently I'm in an area where that's supported and the driver dropped off both parts on my front porch. Everything was wrapped excessively well and arrived with no damages save for two sharp corners that had poked through the foam wrap and suffered a couple of paint scrapes. I happened to have the OEM GM paint touchup pen so I was able to fix this issue myself and you can't tell now. Because I ordered OEM, the parts were exact matches and all the hardware I had to move over like parking sensors, crash sensors, reflectors, etc. all fit perfectly. Once back on the car, I was finally able to see that the paint color matched perfectly. All in all, I'm going to have to order from them again since the previous owner of my car drilled holes in the front bumper for a license plate instead of getting the proper plate holder, but I'm going to hold off for their next sale pricing. Lastly, for anyone wondering, I ordered my parts on December 1st and received them on February 14th, so they took just over 2 months for the standard service. read more

I delivered my vehicle to ReveMoto on December 18, 2025, for front bumper and headlight assembly repairs. I was referred via a local BMW owners' group by a ReveMoto employee. Rolando Balmaceda, Founder and COO, served as my point of contact. The entire six-month repair process was defined by severe communication failures, both with me and my insurance adjuster. My adjuster had to repeatedly chase Rolando just to get a timeline, finally receiving an estimated completion date of April 1, 2026. Yet, when I visited the shop on April 13, the bumper was still not installed. The vehicle wasn't presented for delivery until June 25, 2026. An attempt to retrieve it the day prior failed because the shop had allowed the battery to completely die. Upon final pickup, I noted missing valve stem caps and a missing antenna. More critically, I took Rolando's word that the vehicle was road-ready, only to discover that night that both the low and high beams were completely inoperable--a massive safety oversight. I returned the car on July 1. It sat until August 11 before Rolando claimed it was ready again. The battery, installed April 10, 2025, had been so deeply discharged that I had to warranty it. Upon inspection on August 18, I found a component on the new front bumper was physically damaged. I reported this to Rolando and received zero response. Because ReveMoto consistently failed to provide accurate timelines to my insurance adjuster, I am currently absorbing $2,761.72 in out-of-pocket rental car fees. I have formally requested a detailed work log with timestamps to substantiate their six-month delay, but Rolando remains entirely unresponsive. read more

Poor worksmanship, took months. Didn't offer a return for refund, only replacement. They'll make a claim in your review staring they take pride in their work - sadly they don't and I'll be taking appropriate action to make sure this company sees the result of this. Plenty of actual decent options elsewhere! Edit: To nobody's surprise, the generic response has arrived. Avoid this company! read more

*********Avoid Scam Tactics******* Paid $100 for fake expedited shipping. Avoid. I asked the seller for expedited shipping. They sent a link, and I paid $100. The item still took 15 days just to ship. When tracked, it was sent via basic USPS Ground, not express. When I demanded a refund, customer service claimed the "$100 Shipping Expedited Processing" fee was just an internal fee to "cut the line" in their warehouse, not for actual fast shipping. Absolute scam tactics and terrible communication. Still waiting on my fender. Avoid this company. ******Edit******** All they care about is the appearance of trying to make it right. Revemoto absolutely nailed it. I had purchased a rear bumper for my Lexus GS-F in December and I was a little nervous because caviar is a very difficult color to paint match. My bumper came fast and wrapped nicely. I'm very impressed by the quality of work and how it came out overall. It was a little wait but it was honestly worth it, they exceeded my expectations. Ordered a CE Hood for my GR Corolla Premium in Super White. From start to finish the experience was awesome. Their customer service rep Harold kept me updated along the way, and handled all of my questions as it got closer to shipment. While it did take some time to arrive ( about 2 months total ) it was well worth the wait. The color matched up pretty much perfectly with my car, with no issues whatsoever when it came to the installation. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for any painted parts for your vehicle. read more

The paint was an exact match, but the hood I ordered didn't fit. The car is a 2022 Kia Sportage. I reviewed the order, which was listed for a 2017-2022 Kia Sportage hood--supposedly, all those model years use the same part. However, the latch on the new hood was an inch longer than the original. I had to do some cutting and welding to make it work, but the fit still isn't perfect. For something that cost $1,000, I expected much better quality and compatibility. read more

Worst experiences ever!!! My hood came in after 8 weeks instead of 2~3 weeks which is what they originally said. The entire hood had massive orange peel and even worse, it had swirl marks all over. Polishing it didn't fix it and it needed to be repainted all over again. They love to talk about customer service and they send lots of emails but it's just all lips service. They just offer constant excuses. When you go double your time line just tell me that is a gonna be a few more days isn't customer service. read more

I'm very impressed with what this company does, they will paint your part and ship it to you directly home. Although it took more than a month it's a fair amount of time considering I ordered a bumper. I finally got my bumper after waiting for more than a month ( I live in Colorado). Initially the paint color seemed to match, until I took it to the shop to get it installed, there the shop showed me that it wasn't a color match, this was a nightmare for me because I don't want to wait another month to have Revemoto color match and potentially still not match! So I told the shop to go ahead and color match it and I was expecting to suffer the loss.... HOWEVER! Revemoto emailed me asking how they did, and to review them, I sent them an email letting them know that the color did not match and I was going to pay the bodyshop to color match my part. What revemoto did was have me file a claim with them online, very easy and simple to fill out. What they did after it was approved they paid the estimate the bodyshop gave me for the paint job. This all happened in 2 days. So I suffered no losses and now my car is complete again and I would 100% use Revemoto again because you cannot beat their price and their customer service! I won't post a before picture since it's hard to see all the damage my previous bumper had. But the post picture with revemoto new bumper looks very good. Thanks Reve! Dario read more

I was looking for quality not speed and that's exactly what I got. I ordered my OEM front bumper cover on 5/9/2023 and it was confirmed on 5/10/2023. Communication was excellent as my part went through the painting and shipping process. The estimated completion date was 3.5 weeks and started on 5/12/2023. The part arrived in town pretty much as estimated on 6/8/2023 and I was contacted to schedule delivery. The courier delivered on time. The box was in good very shape, the part was extremely well packed for shipping, and there didn't appear to be any damage to the part. The part fit perfectly and the paint was an exact match. My car had dent in the rear bumper from someone who was nice enough NOT to leave a note. (Thanks bro... karma will get you sooner or later). Body shops wanted $2k to fix it. Insurance wanted to raise my rates so I had to find another option. Revmoto sourced the part and had it painted for me. Thee process took a few weeks but it was worth it. When I picked up the finished bumper they took the time to show it to me and it was perfect. Then they wrapped it bubble wrap and loaded it in my suv. They were great until my product arrived and the paint didn't match. I notified them of the paint not matching the next day. They asked for pics which I sent, pulled my car out of the garage in the sun and took a pic of the mirror next to the mirror that wasn't broken and next to one of the doors (but hard to see the color not matching). Then they didn't offer to replace the item. I told them I wanted to return it. That's when the hassle started. First they said they would not allow me to return my item where the color didn't match. Then they said they would let me return it with a restocking fee. I called BS on that. I could understand if I gave them the wrong paint code, but I didn't. I even sent them a pick of the paint code showing the same as what I ordered. Eventually they said they would let me return the item but I'd have to pay to ship it back to them, which I did. Then they hit me with about a 50% restocking fee. I don't understand why a company would charge a restocking fee when the paint didn't match. I wound up buying the item from a junkyard used of course for more than I paid for their new one. They make me feel like I returned the mirror for no reason. read more

I backed into my husband's car early in the morning. I totally forgot it was behind me, and I cannot tell you how upset I was. Not only did I dent his car, I also ripped my side view mirror off. And, my car was a limited edition version, so the side mirror was super expensive to replace. Belen at Revemoto was so so kind. She helped me navigate how to find a replacement part that I could afford. I cannot thank her enough. I ordered Toyota 4runner hood to replace my dented hood. I found Revemoto after getting a quote from a local body shop, who quoted $800 just to paint the hood (with the hood supplied by me). Revemoto's price (including both the hood, the painting, and the free shipping) was only a little above that, so it was a no brainer for me. The hood arrived last week, I was impressed with the paint quality and the care they took to make sure the hood won't get damaged during shipping. The hood wasn't OEM, but it was a high quality replacement -- I would say exact match from my original hood. There was one chip in the paint at a sharp corner, otherwise the paint was perfect and matched my OEM paint very well.
