Do yourself a favor and stop by revel brewing for their pizzas and a great beer. We had some time to kill before meeting family, and thought this would be a good place to hangout for a bit. Very lively atmosphere, fast service, and dog friendly. We ordered pizzas on a whim and wow am I glad we did! I liked the beer too, but raved about the pizzas. Red Thai and chicken pickle pizza.

A new discovery as we were heading home. Very nice brewery in a small town. I had the porter which was great! We also had kombucha that didn't even need any added flavors. It was tasty. We had the sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza that was also very good. Definitely a place to stop at the next time we get in the area.

Throughly enjoyed trying Revel Brewing - helpful staff and a nice space! I tried the Golden Bush, Boulder Beach Blonde, Beach on Hawaii, Yetti Stout - my two personal favs were the Beach on Hawaii & Yetti Stout! Next time I'm in town I look forward to trying the sourdough pizza!

Cool place in downtown Park Rapids, a really beautiful little downtown small town. Really friendly service and a nice space. They had a nice variety of beers and styles, which I really appreciate, also with some creativity such as the MN Wild with wild rice and local maple syrup. The beers didn't taste great to me, but I enjoyed my time there and appreciate that Park Rapids has a craft brewery option.

In house made kombucha! Fresh flavor!

Great spot in downtown Park Rapids! Great brews! In house Kombucha-you can have it plain or a flavor added to one-I chose to have the refreshing tangy plain kombucha! Love the experience here from the flowers outside surrounding the brewery, to the humor interspersed throughout! Great sourdough pizza crust that paired with both the Yeti Stout & Kombucha! Counter service. Free street parking downtown.

Good food and nice variety of beers on tap. Service was efficient and friendly. Ambiance was basic, but a nice addition to Park Rapids

My elderly mother recently moved to Park Rapids, and when she visited me in the Twin Cities, she brought along a Dad's pizza - good stuff. BTW, I love the humor in the written baking instructions! LOW CARB: I was thrilled to discover that it's easy to eat low carbohydrate carnivore style at Dad's. They have a Keto Pizza with no crust. (They also offer a cauliflower crust if, for some reason, you can't live without stuffing some plants in your gullet.) The crust-less pizza features all of your toppings, artfully layered in an aluminum baking pan. Of course, I got the meat lover's version of the Keto pizza. I noticed they layered the bottom with slices of ham too. Very clever. I loved it. If I lived closer, I'd be treating myself to the crust-less Keto pizza every week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'd eat there again any time. Support a local family owned business and eat some Dad's Halfway There Pizza. Thumbs up! -Maxx

Beyond the wings, our sandwiches (with chips and fries) were delicious and filling. The service was all super friendly and helpful. It can get busy here, especially since it's one of restaurants that stays open year round, but lake country is all about relaxing and taking your time. They have TVs all over, making it a perfect spot to watch a game. Seriously recommend giving them a try!

We wanted to start off with the scotch eggs, but they were not temporarily available so we had the fried pickles which came very quickly. I am a pickle fan by nature and the fried pickles were good. They came with a spicy sauce which was a find complement but a little too spicy so we got an order ranch dressing as well. My understanding is the pickles are a little thicker than they used to be, but I was fine with what we got. Shortly after getting the appetizer we placed our order for entrées. Unfortunately, this is where things deteriorated, apparently due to problems in the kitchen. The entrées were delayed by 30-45 minutes. We eventually got a side salad and a Caesar salad. Neither salad was anything special, but nurishing. The artichoke pizza finally came and was quite good. The pizza was an artichoke and spinach paste base with chicken, caramelized onions, and mozzarella on top. This was hot and flavors a lot of artichoke, chicken, caramelized onion, and mozzarella were all distinct. The tavern burger that came next was plentiful and tasted good, but was slightly overdone from the temperature requested. The tater tots with the burger were warm, but could have definitely been hotter. The service throughout was mostly attentive, but clearly struggling with the kitchen service issues and didn't have much to tell us through most of the meal. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded and they had plenty of seating so I don't think this service is typical and I think we got there on a bad day. Had we been given an option a half hour into our seating we might've skipped the entrées and just ordered more appetizers if they had been quicker.
