Today, I showed Sean a nail design that I wanted and he agreed to do it. However, when he finished, the design looked nothing like the photo I had provided. Rather than making a scene, I politely asked him privately, away from other customers, if he could either fix the design or change it to a simple solid color. I was surprised when he told me I would have to pay for both the original design and the solid color change. When I asked if he could simply correct the design, he refused. He then stated that the design was expensive, said he would remove it, told me I would only need to pay for my fill and pedicure, and rudely said "THIS IS YOUR LAST TIME IN HERE". Throughout the conversation, I remained respectful and even expressed how much I valued his work and appreciated being a customer for many years. I wasn't asking for anything for free, I simply wanted the design corrected because it did not resemble what I had requested. As a long-time customer, I was hurt and disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Customer service is just as important as the service itself, and unfortunately, today's experience left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome.

Not sure of the nail polish brand but I love the color! She used the electric file head tool to do my cuticles and they came out amazing without all of the cutting and pulling. I got a hand mask and paraffin treatment and my hands are sooo soft! The massage (while in paraffin) was really great. The price wasn't too bad because I had 30% off the gel manicure and 25% off the hand mask treatment. Before the sales I think it should've been $42 but I only paid $29!! I know they're a new place so they have to organize everything and put the final touches on the salon but I strongly recommend.

After my last manicure with Mai, my nails have never been so healthy and long before. She is so meticulous with not only the quality of her work, but also with ensuring the health of your nails, and I shows in the strength of my nail and the retention of her gel/acrylic work. After my nightmare of an experience at a previous salon, Mai is quite honestly my hero. Throughout the entire service, she is double and triple checking the quality of her work, she obviously has such a passion for what she does. This time at the salon, I also got a pedicure. I haven't had one in quite a while (like a good two years) so Mai had her work cut out for her. She did such an amazing job. My skin hasn't been this soft in a long time! I will finish them for you at this point. My eyebrows are in such pain and she had to go over them multiple more times. She did do her best to recover them, but she had to make them skinny, also causing irritation to my eyes after this, the other woman never brought my change back, so the woman who my eyebrows, had to take it out of the drawer and the woman who took my money, was standing at the front laughing in my face this was one of the worst experiences I It took a lot for me not to allow this woman to make me act out of character. The salon is beautiful and big inside and outside. COVID PROTOCOL People who are vaccinated don't need to wear a mask inside the salon. There are different areas for hair/ makeup, nail area, facial/lashes/waxing area room. The salon was very clean. our nail technical sanitize and clean the mani/pedi areas after. SERVICE Excellent service! Shannon our nail technician and has been doing my family's nails for many years. We had to go back to Shannon for my nails to a special event. Shannon did an excellent job filing/ smoothing my callus, cuticles, nails. It did not hurt one bit. I've gone to many nail salons in California and I haven't encounter a technician whose as good as Shannon. She's very good with different types of nails, ANC, gel, regular polish, you name it she can do it. She's also very creative w nail art designs and give recommendations to nail colors for designs. I did both mani and pedi. Both regular polish. It took about 1.5hrs. Shannon was very thorough with the French mani w a twist design, she freehanded the nail tip which was impressive!!
