Private coaching with Shawn, attending a retreat, and joining her Mastermind has been life-changing for me. For the first time, I genuinely understand that I matter -- my voice, my opinions, my growth. I've learned to give myself the same grace I so easily give others. Shawn has a rare ability to untangle complex emotional patterns and make them clear, practical, and actionable. She's both deeply compassionate, trustworthy, and direct -- able to see what's happening beneath the surface and guide real, lasting change. The community of women I've met through this work is incredible. I feel seen, supported, and no longer alone. I've accomplished things I once thought were impossible because I'm finally learning how to stand with, by and for myself -- no matter what. I'm excited to keep going with this work and see what unfolds next.

I was a patient at this facility for several months and I regularly saw Ms. Verner. Unfortunately,…read moreMs Verner left after a couple months, which really sucked for me because she was an angel on Earth and helped me tremendously. In the process of looking for a new provider at the same facility, I reached out to the office several times. I completely understand they are busy and may forget to call back, but I reached out several times, within several months with no luck. When I called, the front desk staff repeatedly told me that there were no providers that matched my preference (woman of color with availability on Fridays). I was fine to wait for as long as I had to, and they kept assuring me that they had new providers coming in. Basically, they ghosted me. They had me re-fill out all the paperwork, and they never replied to my emails to schedule an appointment. The last time I reached out to them was on September 2025. I do not recommend this facility.

This was after I had filled out a large number of forms. I had already made it clear in the paperwork before we met. Then we got disconnected within 15 mins of an hour long session for which she never called back. When I called back, the person answering the phone was told by her to tell me their network died. She couldn't be bothered to notify me. Even by email. I was very disappointed and found their handling to be entirely unprofessional.

Nicky is wonderful and communicates quickly and efficiently. She is kind and supports local organizations which is what I look for in a business. She supports the Ulman foundation and hosts young people impacting by cancer so we can focus on us and escape for a bit. My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team. I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it's a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It's an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events. I am in no way affiliated or being compensated for this review, I honestly am just so thankful for Nicky, her support of Ulman, and her kind vibe. Can't wait for my next visit!
