I contacted the office to make an appointment. The phone was answered by the counselor herself. She advised that she would have her assistant call back for scheduling, I received no such call. A week or so later, I tried again. This time, I didn't bother after the assistant didn't call back. This may mean she's great and over-booked, or it could mean she has horrible admin skills. Either way, I'll never know...
