We immediately replied with all the requested information, and since then we have not heard a thing from them. It has been more than a week now and we have followed up three times in email, and we still heard nothing back! No one in their intake department cares to even give a quick reply or anything. Very unprofessional and frustrating to say the least!

When we lived in San Francisco, my son had no words at 24 months and I tried multiple therapists before settling down with a really amazing one (Jodi at Spencer & Kong). Unfortunately we had to move only 6 months into his therapy, and luckily I found Jullian Luks at National Speech. Jillian has the best upbeat and happy energy, funny with good sense of humor, nurturing and sweet, and always professional. She is amazing at what she does, even with my shy and reticent son. The other therapists there also appear to be very good, and all the parents I've spoken to in the waiting room are very pleased with their experience there. My son now no longer needs therapy, and everyone is surprised when they find that he needed it. As for the negative review about the front desk, it's true, the young man at the front desk is not proactive about greeting anyone, but he is also a little awkward and soft spoken - not rude or snobby. The waiting room and front desk is also pretty busy - lots of families and therapists coming in and out. And everyone is different, but for me, I don't care if the front desk admin didn't greet me or look me in the eye - it's all about the quality of therapy that my kid is getting, and at National Speech, it was the best.

Although…read morethe staff therapist that worked with our child seemed competent, we never really got what we thought we were paying for our hefty hourly fees. Ms. Rubinoff, the speech pathologist in this practice, is apparently too busy to give her clients any meaningful amount of individual time and attention, and this is also apparent from the brief written report we received, which read like it was pulled off the shelf. Also, if you are considering using her services, you should be aware that the State licensing Board has previously had to reprimand her and put her on probation for using a speech pathologist for her practice that had been unlicensed for almost 7 years. My son was seen here in February and we were charged $840 for a 1.5 hour visit. They require a…read morecredit card on file before the visit and charged us for 6 HOURS! We were told that based on an evaluation of his test results that he was advanced and therefore needed no services (great!) and then received a canned report in the mail a week later where they had merely inserted his name. I find it hard to believe that took 4.5 hours to write that report. Laura has refused to lower the bill because we signed a form that stated we knew her hourly rate was $140. NO where did we agree to pay for 6 hours when our son was seen for 1.5. Horrible experience. AVOID THE PRACTICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

We appreciate how honest the therapist was about how she didn't see any underlying concerns with her in this area and was not pushy about continuing therapy sessions. But we did discuss perhaps occupational therapy to help her with feeding for future development. So we booked a few feeding OT sessions with Nadia and my daughter was in love with her from day 1. She was kind, patient and instantly connected with our daughter in trying to pin point the best way to encourage her to open up on how she interacts with food. Would highly recommend.

My son has been attending speech therapy sessions at Fairfax Pediatric Therapy since early January…read more He is almost 9 and has always struggled with his "s," "sh," and "ch" sounds - but we waited to see if he would grow out of it (he didn't). On recommendation of our dentist, we tried some videos to help him with speech, but we were not successful on our own. After a Zoom call with Ariel and Ahmad, the speech therapist, we felt very confident and comfortable with Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. After the first session, my son made huge strides in his "sh" sounds - he was actually able to articulate it correctly, even if it was a struggle. Long story short, as of today (3 months after starting) Finn has met all of his speech goals and no longer needs the services. Both Ahmad and Finn worked hard to make this happen - and in such a short time. I didn't expect progress so fast, to be honest. Not only that - my kiddo actually looked forward to the sessions. Ahmad took the time to get to know his interests - chess and strategy games - and built the sessions around play. When we left today, for the last time, Finn said he was going to miss his friend. We have had the best experience! Thank you.

My daughter was given a speech evaluation by Debbie in my home. She was 3 1/2 years old at the…read moretime. The evaluation resulted in my daughter being a year behind with articulating words as she spoke. Debbie's recommendation was for my daughter to get speech therapy at a facility, as my daughter is a real 'wiggle worm'. Debbie recommended a place, but unfortunately my daughter's insurance denied the claim since she did not experience a trauma or birth defect, which caused her delayed speech. In the meantime, Debbie is working with my daughter every week in our home to provide therapy. She does such a FANTASTIC job with my 'wiggle worm' that my daughter gets excited when she knows Debbie is coming and when she arrives. My daughter's speech has definitely improved since Debbie started working with her. Her sentences are longer, she is clearer, and I understand more words when she talks. My daughter even says, "Ms. Debbie says do this or that..." I would definitely recommend Eat, Speak, Play!
