It doesn't matter how many times you've took the LSAT or who got into law school before you. Your time is coming. I've took the LSAT MULTIPLE times and have a history of underperformance on standardized tests. I never understood why until I found Shana. I never thought for a second that I possibly could be suffering from test anxiety. Test anxiety takes on many forms, but Shana will help you through it. I've been working Shana for the past two weeks remotely and let me tell you she's truly God sent. Whether you're religious or spiritual (maybe neither) it doesn't matter, but she's truly a blessing. Shana is passsionate about the work that she does and her students. Shana is a teacher at heart and she breaks down the material in such a way that things start to click instantly. Shana not only helps you master the LSAT, but she provides you with test anxiety strategies that will make studying easy. I look forward to studying with Shana and doing my hw. When you work with her, she will start to peel away at the layers of your anxiety. This needs to be done in order to make progress. Most of the instructors have never been teachers before and only started after scoring in the 99th percentile on the LSAT. Now that isn't a bad thing, of course you want to be in a class with an instructor who aced the exam( in my opinion). However, just because you're good at something doesn't mean you're qualified to teach it. Also, if you suffer from anxiety, adhd, and other learning disabilities they might not be able to provide you with the support/accommodations that you need. Shana is and her work speaks for herself.

We were amazed at how poorly the actual Bethesda/NW area classes were run, if not often cancelled, and worse yet how the highly touted web experience was substandard when it worked. After hearing from area teachers we switched to Capital Educators which made our son's experience pleasant and rewarding. My son's scores increased dramatically, he liked the personalities of the CE staff, and the writing program not only put him with a high score it actually helped him do better in his secondary school English classes. He did not balk at the prep work and actually found the CE instructors to be helpful and informative. Finally, there are a lot of unanticipated issues that arise throughout the SAT prep and college admissions process. CE was consistently accessible, responsive, and incredibly helpful. CE did not try to "amp us up" or steer us to "private tutors" which are often the recommendations of their competitors. Our youngest child will unequivocally be attending CE as well.
