The chiropractor (Dr.T) takes a very holistic approach to helping his patience feel better. So, it makes total sense that his treatment is complemented by the easy access to a whole range of different yoga classes. They offer everything from restorative yoga to special yoga sessions for prenatal yoga. Whether you are a beginner or you consider yourself a seasoned practitioner, you will definitely find a class that suits you. I love the beginner yoga class! The studio is warm and inviting and all of the instructors are patient. While they each have their own unique style, they all make the practice accessible to anyone, regardless of your skill level. During the pandemic, due to restrictions to in person classes, they have been offering virtual classes. I think it is awesome that they found a way to continue to offer yoga to so many people. In fact, it provides the opportunity for so many of us to participate that might not otherwise be able to go to the studio. If you want to try yoga for the first time, or you're looking for a new place to practice, definitely check them out. You will not regret it!

I consider myself an advance beginner and I found the classes appropriate, with my preference for therapeutic power flow. A note to beginners, there were no adjustments made by instructors so I don't recommend either for first timers. I found the studio a bit cold/sterile. My regular studio is warm and smells wonderful of essential oils and incense. I will be back. It served my need to practice while away from home.
