Erica was able to see me and after one session even she was able to work out a pretty awful knot in my bicep, which was a limiting factor in extending my arm. It really helped my comfort as I waited to see an arm occupational therapist, I've also gone to Erica for a couple of sessions in my back too when I can feel my movement has gotten limited from pulling something. She has great bedside manner and is able to explain everything as she does it. During evaluation, she also explains how my poor life choices have led me to these nasty knots. Needles freak me out but I felt reassured by her showing it to me and letting me know what to expect. Her instructions for aftercare have also been helpful. She's given me different levels of stretches to do post session, and includes really simple ones that I can do without a lot of formal set up/ones that don't take a long time, which makes it easier to do when you don't feel like you have a lot of time in the day. I cannot recommend her enough!

The day before his appointment, I received a call informing me that the esthetician who performs the facials was sick, so that portion of his appointment would need to be rescheduled. About an hour later, I received another call from the spa saying his appointment time had to occur at a later time than I booked. After multiple changes, inconvenience, and uncertainty, I decided to cancel the entire appointment. I requested a full refund. I spoke with the manager, and the owner personally called me to apologize and assured me that I would receive a full refund. I appreciated the apology, accepted it, and moved on. Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card statement and discovered that I had been charged the full amount for a spa day that never happened. I immediately contacted the spa and spoke with the manager, but the explanations I received for why the refund had not been processed were unconvincing and frustrating. After everything that happened, I should not have had to chase down money that I was already promised would be refunded. I'm now being told that I will actually receive my full refund. That remains to be seen. The entire experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Customer service isn't just about apologizing, it's about following through! I was surprised to be subjected to so many reps and sets to different exercises on the first visit. The next few days I was hurting and not happy with that fact. My hope was to learn what exercises I needed and the proper way to execute them rather than over doing it on my first visit. Decided to forget about traveling to a PT location and come up with my own exercise plan and perform them at my own pace in the comfort of my home which I've done since that first visit and it's working out well.
