However, for us, it was not an issue because everyone we encountered at this office was exceptional. Let's start with the team at the Front desk. We were lost. We called a few times. When we called the third time, she said, I'll just stay on the phone with you until till you arrive (and she did so with lightness & grace) & that's exactly what she did. Our Customer service experience was friendly and welcoming from that moment to the end of the visit.
