Bad experience for non-members. This is my second visit to the Edgewater location. I had to choose a rating, this is just a comment on the way the transfer of ownership affected my account. I was very happy with the services I received in the past. I still had a few of treatments remaining on hold. When I recently called, I was told that the new ownership would not be honoring the sessions. While I can understand why that may happen, I do feel that the transition could have been handled more thoughtfully. It would have been helpful if either the old or new owners had notified clients that they only had a limited window (such as 30 days) to use any remaining sessions. A simple courtesy call or email would have made a big difference. As of now I am out my sessions that were pre-paid. For that reason, I'm not leaving a negative review--I don't know enough about the new ownership to do so--but I do think it's important to share that the handoff and client communication could have been much better.
