I absolutely love Chesapeake Express IV…read more I've got POTS and I start to feel symptoms about two weeks in from my last IV. As such I'm getting fluids every two weeks or so, give or take. I am not an easy stick - case in point, I got stuck 5 times at my last Labcorp visit. My veins aren't the best. Fortunately Chesapeake has super skilled and kind staff who do amazing work. I've worked with several staff including Julie and Mike, as well as others. All have been professional and kind and are able to get a line in at least on the second shot. This is a huge blessing! I love the mobile services. They are quick and efficient and I feel much better when they're done. If you have any need for some hydration (with a bunch of great add ons available) please consider Chesapeake. They've been amazing for me.

On my second visit i was placed in an uncomfortable, not private chair in the hallway and told massage chairs are only for members. I explained that I live an hour away and membership is not practical. Tough luck, the hallway for me. I would not come here again.

I had to choose a rating, this is just a comment on the way the transfer of ownership affected my account. I was very happy with the services I received in the past. I still had a few of treatments remaining on hold. When I recently called, I was told that the new ownership would not be honoring the sessions. While I can understand why that may happen, I do feel that the transition could have been handled more thoughtfully. It would have been helpful if either the old or new owners had notified clients that they only had a limited window (such as 30 days) to use any remaining sessions. A simple courtesy call or email would have made a big difference. As of now I am out my sessions that were pre-paid. For that reason, I'm not leaving a negative review--I don't know enough about the new ownership to do so--but I do think it's important to share that the handoff and client communication could have been much better.
