I worked at this company for a period of time and unfortunately, it was one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced in my 15 year career. Management showed favoritism, racism, ageism, sexism, and discrimination towards individuals with disabilities. Despite being a mental health agency, they do not care at all for their employees well-being or mental health. The CEO was unable to effectively communicate and control her emotions during meetings, often resulting in yelling and screaming at staff as a regular part of the meeting culture. The CEO often said "I don't care if you like me, no one likes me!". No kidding, I wonder why. This type of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile work environment. The management team was often counseled on illegal interview questions and refused to adjust or omit them from their practice. Comments to applicants during the interview process included "We need a young person like you" and "As a woman of color you can add a lot to our agency..". They refused to hire someone who had a physical disability but had the professional qualifications simply for her inability to walk without assistance (of course they didn't tell her that). They ask about things like children and personal relationships in the interview process and then during internal conversations, they will use them as negative things to not hire you. Such as "Well she has children, I don't know if she will be able to do XYZ..." The entire management team did not have an understanding of how technology works... They also don't understand anything about social media, professional networking etc. and or marketing online in today's society. They are still in 1996... The environment is toxic and micromanagement is wild behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive workplace. If you are a licensed individual, I would not risk my license by working in a place like this! read more

Nia Kilimanjaro has been a wonderful asset to our school and specifically for my daughter. She's extremely attentive, informative, and relatable. Nia Kilimanjaro makes my daughter feel comfortable. I've had the pleasure of working with Ms. Graham, the school-based clinician at Andrew Jackson Academy. She has been amazing. Ms. Graham is so patient, caring and compassionate. She creates such a safe space for my students and I. She is wonderful at having important conversations with my students and showing the skills they need to develop healthy habits.
