I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) I want to conclude with my sincerest compliments and gratitude to the one-and-only Jaeny (because you are so uniquely skilled at what you do) for thoroughly indulging me by listening to everything I had to say, and what I was looking to achieve, looking at all of the photos I brought in, lol--going above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking to accomplish, and then fulfilling each and every single one of my expectations, beyond what I had hoped. I'm so glad I found this place and I look forward to coming back!

I really appreciated her transparency with results and even treatments. I wanted to do a bunch of procedures and she explained that too much can also lead me to results that aren't favorable. I love the honesty and someone looking out for my skin. For the procedure the girls in the front were very welcoming and sweet. I began with pre op photos, followed by some topical anesthetic cream on my face and neck. Within 30 mins the topical had done it's job and numbed the areas. Christine went over with me again my areas of insecurit. I explained around my eyes and under my chin were my biggest insecurities. She did full face and neck morpheus tx and I can say it felt SO FREAKING GOOD! I would explain the pain level like getting a Thai massage if not less. I was so relaxed and even felt like I was falling asleep. (FYI the treatment can literally be done almost anywhere. Not just the face) After the tx, I had very little redness. No swelling. I had people coming up to me at work days after saying "Monica you are looking Good! Whats your skin routine?" My skin felt snatched. Looked snatched and overall was glowy and less pigmented. I have included my post op photos because I truly believe in this treatment. Don't mind my rooster gobble but really this is after 1 treatment. No editing. Before and after photos were shown immediately to me. I will be going in to do maintenance. Thank you Christine. I could cry at how good I feel. I look younger and I have you to thank for that.

I was led to a private room fairly quickly, though I did make an appointment, Alice's assistant helped me complete consent forms and paperwork and then Alice joined me afterwards. I came in for some Botox today and mentioned I was unhappy with my current Medspa because I feel like my injections have not been lasting long and also feel like the injector have been missing spots that I had concerns about. Alice was very knowledgeable and recommended Daxxify to me and even explained the science behind it (though it flew over my head even though I nodded and made "mmhmm" sounds" ) and it was very much appreciated. However, I was sold on how much quicker it takes effect and also the pureness of the toxin. And Alice was right ! 2 days later my 11s are gone completely and you might well call me Elsa because I am FROZEN ! (In a good way lol) Alice was also helpful in suggesting other procedures for my other concerns that I will definitely be coming back for !

But navigating peri-menopause, heavy depression, and sudden weight loss all at once completely drained me. The weight loss made my face drop and lose so much volume, and I was feeling so old and ugly that I honestly regretted losing the weight in the first place. Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. It's not about changing your face; it's just rebuilding what you lost. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. We waste so much money on daily coffee and little things without a second thought why not put that toward feeling good in our own skin. Even my husband was totally against me getting anything done at first because he was terrified I'd look fake. But seeing how natural, fresh, and glowing my skin turned out, he completely gets it now and is 100% on board with me keeping up with it. Seeing the results first hand totally changed my perspective, and I finally understand why people do this. Waking up and feeling like myself again has been life changing.
