I had a treatment appointment with Ava Rejuvenation about two months ago. I asked for Dysport for…read moremy forehead and the area between my eyebrows. When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

But they reassured and assessed my skin when I had concerns. Krystal and Laura have been very helpful and professional throughout. I have pitting scars and know it's one of the hardest scars to get rid of. I've done a total of 4 sessions and I do get it now that it's more of a marathon than a sprint. I'm not where I want with the results, but I do see after the 4th session that the depth of the pitting are getting filled, and some areas are minimized. The laser quality itself is poor, with hair growing back quickly, indicating substandard equipment. This clinic's negligence and disregard for patient safety are alarming and unacceptable. forgot to mentioned i was waiting more than 25 min for my session to start. just find an alternative. When she walked out they had me come in right after her they didn't clean or wipe down the chairs at all. Then I booked an appointment three weeks out for lip filler and the day prior. I get not even a phone call but a text message saying that they're gonna have to reschedule my appointment. I called two times since that text message and they haven't returned any of my calls or answered the phone. The $50 deposit that was supposed to go to the consultation somehow turned into $100 deposit which I'm now gonna have to contact my bank to charge back. I don't believe that their reviews are real it doesn't seem too clean. I wouldn't waste my time better off going to Walnut Creek or somewhere else.
