She helped me out when my mortgage company would not accept my current insurance company because they lost their California "A" rating. I called many companies and was turned down, this left me puzzled because we only had 1 water damage claim. Anica while looking over my claim found that California Casualty had mistakenly listed my claim cost at 128k.. when it was only 28k. Anica advised me to Contact Lexus Nexus to file a complaint against California Casualty which I did and they straightened the claim cost amount out. Turns out California Casualty voided a check for 128k for some reason even though the cost was 28k but still listed the 128k on my account, when insurer's saw that 128k they wouldn't give me a policy. I had my policy renewal in January and was charged an additional $100 beyond my regular premium. I explained that autopay should have been active and requested to speak with Edgar, the representative I usually work with. The agent I spoke to did not provide his name and placed me on hold, stating he would speak with Edgar. When he returned, he told me Edgar said the only adjustment available was a $15 discount and implied that the $50 late fee could not be waived. I was also told Edgar would call me back once he was available, but I never received a call. Later, when I logged in to make my payment online, there was no indication of a $50 late fee at all. This raised concerns, as a legitimate fee should be reflected clearly in the online billing system.
