I decided to give this location a…read moretry and the short version: if you want good service and a job well done, go to the Edina location. First, I had to pay for parking. I did see a parking ramp close as well. The Edina location had a free parking ramp next to them. When I walked in, I was not greeted. I stood awkwardly at the door, waiting for someone to say something. Finally the receptionist came, did my check in and again, I just stood there awkwardly waiting. I was not offered a drink like at the Edina location. There really isn't a good place to sit while you wait, so you just feel "in the way." I went in to get a full Brazilian wax. The woman who did my wax was lovely. She was quick and did a great job. I appreciate that they let you get dressed and undressed by yourself. Sure she is going to see everything anyway, but it's nice to get yourself ready. I then got a mani and pedi. The woman who did my pedi grabbed the wrong color. When I noticed, I didn't hate the color so I left it. She finally realized what she did and apologized. No biggie. Unfortunately a week later the gel polish on my toes was already chipping. When I got them done at the Edina location, they lasted quite awhile. The manicure seemed like it was now a rush for some reason. The gel polish came off a week later as well. But it started to crack just 3 days after I got it done. Normally there is lotion at the end and this time there was not. It all just felt like people did not care. I had 3 services done that were not cheap. I did over hear an employee asking if someone wanted something to drink, so I know it existed. Overall, I would not recommend coming here. The Edina location is so much better!
