They were clear and communicative about the pricing of things, so nothing was a surprise. When the car was brought in, someone came in to get my details and find out what services I wanted. The choices were entered into the computer, with the prices clearly displayed. The work was quickly performed. While I settled up, the car was driven out front where I got in and was on my way. Maybe 30 minutes? I didn't check. Everyone was polite, the facility clean and as far as I can tell, the job well done.
