Toppings consisted of leg ham, olive oil, honey seeded mustard, roma tomatoes, fresh rocket, swiss cheese and crispy lettuce. The bread was soft and fresh. The fillings plentiful, and well-seasoned. This is a tasty sandwich! For my viewing pleasure whilst I completed my repast, Hare krishnas paraded up and down the street chanting their familiar mantra. All in all a good feed for under a tenner. Although there are 3 branches in the city, they are all located within one city block which is kinda weird. The Pitt St and Barrack St stores are less than 150m of each other! But all of them are super busy during weekday lunch hour. My recommendations? Apart from the Italian sausage, the grilled chicken and the poached chicken breast are particularly good. The obligatory chicken schnitzel is ok, but not as good as Via Abercrombie. You also get to choose the type of bread...and you have to get either white or brown vienna. Oh and the foil-wrapped sandwich is huge! You've been warned... If you haven't tried Little Vienna, get yourself to one quick smart. The PItt St branch is particularly cosy and they also do a great banana bread & toast in the mornings. Love this place!

The smashed beans were smeared on the bun so under the chicken so my bread was falling to pieces - oh well...my hands were messed up already anyway. Also something addictive about the fries! The burgers were lovely, fresh and tasty, although they came in different sizes. We enjoyed it enough to say we would go back. The only gripes I would have in the ambiance of the venue. There was a potty mouth movie on the television in the restaurant (which they turned it off for us) where you need to up upbeat music. There is a cloth between the front counter and the servery window area from kitchen which takes away from the concept of the business. Traditionally American burger joints the burgers are places in the servery window and then dispatched. Having the cloth there made us think the kitchen must be pretty dirty and not well keep. And finally, the tables and chairs. They were just generic tables and chairs put around the place. Sadly, customers can move them, but this comes with a whole lot of screeching noise and a messy restaurant. Burger joints need booths and banquets. These things aren't enough to stop us returning, but some considered theme changes would make this place more authentic and better presented.

The hype is real. This place is going to pop off. Even though the first bite pushed the beef out of the bun a little and this burger gets straight up messy, it's all pretty worth it. The bun holds it together and didn't fall apart this time while soaking up all the juices. The wagyu beef is medium rare, juicy, and pretty damn tasty, though there was a very minor aftertaste I couldn't pinpoint. The toppings were classic and fresh, but done extremely well to make for a delicious ass burger. I prefer this over Blame Canada and if they used potato buns here I'd probably be here all the time. We took the opportunity on a day off to visit. Knowing it's popularity, we ordered online which was awesome because it meant they were ready on arrival. Now you can get a sandwich pretty much anywhere these days, but these are more than just your regular sandwich. They are massive gourmet sandwiches, on the softest, freshest bread ever! You can get some of their listed options or alter them on the order if there's something you can't eat. We ordered the "Jimmy Sandwich" on brown bread (you can opt brown or white) with Chilli chicken, lettuce, avocado, caramelised carrot, cucamber, spanish onion, rocket & red pesto. We added some pickles. A delicious and huge sandwich that kept us full for hours. Some other examples include sandwiches with Veggies, chicken schnitzel, ham, poached chicken, smoked salmon and even special add ons of caramelised carrot or potato salad. There's also salads served in little takeaway boxes if you prefer. Salads are dressed with a light balsamic vinegar and olive oil. We went to the Alexandria store and there's a few stools to sit outside and eat. We're super keen to return when we get a day off!

Bigger than you dare imagine, and it's dripping with perfectly melted cheese, with a big BARE GRILL brand on the top bun so you don't forget where you are when you're two hands deep in burg. I nearly didn't make it all the way through, and I certainly didn't need dinner. Glorious, glorious, glorious. And the chilli cheese fries, well, happy days. Special mention to the location: this place is situated in a beautiful part of Sydney, down in La Perouse, across from a breezy park with a sandstone tower and the ocean is right there.
