Customer service exemplary there's always people easy to find that can help you looking for ,You go check for yourself especially the jewelry section which has a bunch of Invicta watches for men and women as well as a few Gucci items.

An average of 15 minutes waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The dressing room was a negative experience. Racks are filled with unwanted clothes. You have to hang your clothes on a rack for the associate to count them. Penny, according to her name tag, was rude. No greeting and inspecting my items like I'm trying to hide something within them. Changing room stalls were filled with dust and hair particles. When leaving, penny was still there. She caused a back up demanding everyone (those exiting and entering) put items on the 1 rack so she could count them. Also emphasizing that the cameras are watching us. Seems like penny needs training on customer service or to be kept on stocking duty. Such an unpleasant experience with her that I didnt want to bother trying on some other outfits I found. So, may update what the return process is like. But happy with the cost and quality of the items I found. 4 office pants for less than $90

We went in for one thing, hangers and walked out with $333.00 worth of merchandise. You know the cute green and red paper you wrap your gifts in the boxes with ? Well this store has all sorts of Christmas paper with designs like you'd get if you used those scissors on them with the different cuts. They have Christmas trees on some and on others Santa Claus . We couldn't decide so we got them all. They had a case of old Disney characters and marked them down to $39.99. I did not get any because my daughter was with me and I wanted one for her. I think what I like most about HomeGoods is they give you many, many different choices of items to buy. We bought a bunch of games for our family to play on Christmas Day. Then they had a Christmas scavenger hunt which I bought for my Sunday School kids to have a Christmas party with. They have kitchenware, glassware, pet supplies and gifts, furniture, food, gift baskets, clothes, beddings and they are all marked down. They also have hangers and hampers, plants, games, silverware, this store has it all. One stop shopping. We finally said that we came in for one item and we needed to leave. Lily checked us out. She was so fast! She smiled and welcomed us. Asked if we wanted a charge card and then started ringing us up and talking to us about pleasantries the whole time. We felt welcomed and she is a multitasker! She'd make a great manager. Go here because it is one stop shopping! Merry Christmas!

I bought a rice cooker for this location that was completely nonfunctional. I came back with my…read morereceipt, expecting a straightforward return -- you know, the kind any reasonable store handles in five minutes. Instead, I was subjected to a lesson in corporate logic so baffling it deserves its own case study. A 'coordinator' named Mirna informed me that my return was problematic because the item had been used. Yes. I used the rice cooker. To find out it didn't work. That is, in fact, the only way one would discover a rice cooker doesn't work. Mirna's concern? She couldn't put a used item back on the floor. Here's a thought, Mirna: you also shouldn't put a BROKEN item back on the floor. The problem isn't that I used it -- the problem is that it doesn't function. Those are two very different things, and the distinction matters. After this lecture, she graciously announced she would make a 'one time exception' and accept my return. An exception. For a defective product. Returned with a receipt. The audacity of being made to feel like a charity case for returning merchandise that simply does not work is something I won't forget. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that understands what a warranty -- or basic customer service -- actually means

I visited the TJ Maxx location on March 31, 2026, and had a very disappointing checkout experience…read morethat I feel compelled to share. The cashier, Fareba N., asked whether I had a TJ Maxx credit card. I politely responded that I did not and was not interested in applying. I fully understand that employees are required to present these offers, and I acknowledged her effort with a smile and a clear, respectful "no, thank you." However, despite my clear response, she proceeded to repeat the entire credit card pitch again while continuing to scan my items. At the end, she emphasized the potential $8 savings if I applied. While this was already excessive, I remained polite and again declined, reiterating that I preferred to proceed with checkout using my own credit card. At that point, the interaction became highly uncomfortable. She insisted again, this time in a manner that felt unusually aggressive and condescending, repeatedly asking, "You don't want to save $8 today?" The tone and persistence felt less like customer service and more like being pressured by a scripted system, completely disregarding my clearly stated decision. As a frequent shopper at TJ Maxx, I find this particularly disappointing. Not having a store credit card does not diminish customer loyalty or value. I consistently support the store through regular purchases, and respectful treatment should not be conditional on opening a credit account. I want to emphasize that this is not about a single offer. It is about the inability to respect a customer's clear and polite refusal. In past visits, staff have always stopped after one or two attempts and proceeded professionally. This experience went far beyond that norm. This kind of excessive and persistent sales pressure reflects poorly on the store's customer service standards. If this behavior is encouraged or left unaddressed, it risks creating a negative ripple effect on the overall customer experience and brand perception. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces a more respectful, customer-first approach at checkout.
