HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I had a stroke and my DR sent me here. I called a month ago and scheduled and gave all my info and insurance. They said I was FINE. Today I was dropped off by hopelink since I can't drive. And I went in to my appointment. Im not able to drive at the moment. I walked in the door. No greetings or warm smile. Just some person that looked like he was in high-school or just graduated that very very rudely said "ummm who are you?" Then wouldn't let me walk over to him and put up his hand to stop me from coming closer. I told him my name. I am disabled and it was very awkward. I wasn't loud enough apparently so he got annoyed and sighed frustrated with me and wheeled his laptop closer to me. I showed him the text they sent me confirming my appointment. He sighed annoyed again at me. Then looked at his schedule. Then he said he saw a note saying my insurance was out of network. Im on medcaide so this didn't make sense . They told me on the phone that it was fine. They never called me and told me prior to my appointment. The kids kept being RUDE and could care less that I was stranded there for the next hour to stand outside waiting for my pick up ride. This is the worst physical therapy with the rudest teenager working here.

I verified with my insurance before contacting Highline physical therapy to ensure that I was covered. The scheduler tried to convince me that occupational therapy was what I needed despite the referral from my doctor saying I needed physical therapy. I told him that I was looking for physical therapy and not occupational. He then asked for the doctors referral told me to email it to them. I asked if a screenshot from my MyChart app was sufficient which he affirmed and replied that they would review it and get back to me. I wasn't given a timeframe so I assumed that it would be 5 to 10 minutes for a return phone call. Over two hours later and no phone call so I find another referral from my insurance call them and schedule. I have an appointment the next day so I call Highline back to see if there's any update and a different scheduler tells me that they were not able to download my doctors referral from the email, even though I asked the previous scheduler if a screenshot would suffice. Obviously something that would've been readily apparent immediately yet I didn't receive a phone call whatsoever. Anyway these guys seem pretty disorganized and unprofessional so I'm glad it worked out the way it did. ATI physical therapy had me scheduled the next day for my appointment in a phone call that took half the time.

Hannah was my primary therapist and was absolutely awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, positive and thorough. I worked with many of the physical therapists here and every one of them was great! Minimal staffing with minimal direction. Went there for my initial appointment, there was no one…read moreto greet me at reception, half the building was dark and it was freezing! I wondered if I was at the right place. After about five minutes a gentleman appears behind the desk, did not introduce himself or say hello but handed me a clipboard to fill out. Turns out this was the actual physical therapist. The assessment was completed & he started me on some exercises popping his head in about every 10 minutes to change the exercise. He attached some electrical stimulation equipment to my body - when I asked for an explanation of this machine I was given none. At the end of the session there was no discharge instructions - I had to ask what my plan of care was. During the course of care I teased out the reason it was so cold was their heating had broken and this was why it was very cold. After this experience I was not going to go back, however I thought maybe this was a one off due to the furnace break down. So back again for another try. There was a receptionist to greet me and more patients which was a good sign. The physical therapist however was again not very engaging, made me do the same exercises he had given the last visit (these were all done on my own, he wasn't present to correct or give me feedback). In addition he was working with at least 3-4 other patients concurrently. At the end of my appointment again the electrical stimulation machine, another female staff person unhooked me (no idea who she was as no introduction) again I had no discharge plan of care or follow up appointment. I work in the medical field - basics such as introductions, knowing who the professional are contributing to your care, education and good discharge instructions are the foundation of patient care. I have worked with physical therapist and been a patient as well - would not recommend this practice to my other active, sports minded friends who are motivated to get back to their full lives

Scott and Dalton were instrumental in my healing. They helped with strong anatomy based alignment and strength training. Gave real world perspective on how to continue to live healthy after finishing Physical Therapy! They walked me through the entire journey from nerve healing to strength training! They smiled and supported me on good days and bad! I saw tremendous improvement in my case once they were on my team! I often ran into neighbors and realized this is a community resource! This lead to frequent times where I finished my exercises and had to wait for the therapist to finish with other patients. I am reasonably confident that each patient being seen is being billed out at the full rate for the hour. Highline PT is part of a 250 clinic operation and they are in turn owned by an investment company, so maximizing revenue per patient is undoubtedly a desired outcome. I feel like this place is the McDonald's of physical therapy…read more The staff is nice enough and facility is clean, etc. But I feel the service is lacking in quality. You're just kind of rushed through and they go through the motions with you to ensure all their boxes are ticked so it appears like on paper they did their due diligence for your medical needs. My experience was that I was tossed around from therapist to therapist from one appt to the next. I don't know if I even saw the same therapist more than twice during my 12 week session. Every time I went in the therapists were multitasking and it seemed like there was a lot of patient overlap and they were trying to juggle more than one patient at a time. Not the greatest feeling when you're expecting to receive one-on-one attention and a full hour of service. It was definitely not that. Luckily, my insurance covers most of the expenses. I only end up paying a small portion (my co-pay). But when I look at my statement and how much money they charging the insurance company it seems insane. I hardly think what I received in those session is worth $300 a pop. What a racket!! What happened to physical therapy being at the hospitals? When I used to go to Swedish I had much better experience. But now my doctors only refer to this place. The overall experience is generic and I feel like I'm getting the PT equivalent of visiting a chain restaurant like Starbucks or Panera. Also, at the end of all 12 weeks of PT, my pain only mildly improved. Almost not worth bothering. I could have done more in a YouTube video at home.

He was supposed to be in town for a very small window, and we couldn't find a place that could take a new patient on such short notice. The staff at Minor & James returned my call almost immediately and worked to squeeze him in with an audiologist. His flight ended up being delayed, so this ended up being a moot point -- but! -- seeing medical staff go above and beyond to accommodate us just absolutely warmed my heart. My family is eternally grateful for the time, care, and dedication Minor & James took with our case. I look forward to recommending them to friends and family going forward.

Getting scheduled with multiple providers in one morning or afternoon is seamless. They ALL work together to treat the individual by using a care-team approach. I first came to Vida's care at the Madison Office and have also utilized the care team at the University Village office, but have found my long term home with Dr. Bernal for Chiropractic Care. I have also started acupuncture treatments at this location with the incomparable Dr. Evan Snow. The way these two thoughtful, knowledgeable, and skilled providers have changed my physical health for the better after YEARS of chronic neck, shoulder, back, hip, leg, ankle, and foot pain is worth every cent spent.
