They did not make it clear to me that they would charge me, ongoing, for use of this app. In fact, I deleted the app from my phone in March after I stopped going, yet I am being charged as of 3/29 for the remote data monitoring, which I was told is app usage. I don't know how to not be charged for this app service, which I did not ask for and was not told would still charge me after I stopped attending in-person sessions. This business has charged me over $2000 at this point, and I cannot find any way in the patient portal to view an actual itemized bill. This is extremely predatory behavior and I really don't know how I can stop from being charged by this company. I will say the PT's I worked with were great :)

I quit after 10 weeks and went to an Osteopath, he spent 50 minutes diagnosing me, manipulated my neck, and solved the problem. It was a muscle problem, and was not solved by any of the exercises ATI gave me. I paid for this treatment out of pocket. I wasted a lot of time going to these appointment and doing the exercises at home everyday. The exercises I believe were counter productive.!!! All this was paid for by Medicare. It is a big corporation trying to deliver as little as possible, prolong treatment as long as possible all at the tax-payers expense.

The techniques, Dr. B used (though painful) were just what my body needed to help get 'that release', I hadn't been able to get anywhere else. The only downside is the steep cost if your insurance doesn't cover the appts. But the way I'm currently feeling vs how I was feeling 2wks ago is Def worth the cost. I def recommend Dr. Barragan !! He'll leave ya feeling better than what you did goin' in and he's professional, really patient and actually knows what th he's doin'!!
