All I can say is I was in severe pain and pretty much not knowing how I'd continue being able to not only go to work but just function normally. The Dr was great and the receptionists were great. I highly recommended their services.

Here's the scene: A 25 year old woman (me) who's lower back pain is SO bad that she can no longer even put her socks on in the morning. After a few visits somewhere else, I was fed up with very slow progress, and unsatisfying results! Cut to my first visit at this clinic. I was first asked "have you ever been asked to take x-rays?" The answer is no, I had never been offered this option before. After x-rays the chiropractor here was actually able to identify my real issues! Bone by bone, nerve by nerve. He then tailored my adjustments to my exact needs! Not just a ONE FOR ALL adjustment type attitude that I had gotten in the past. This place is the real deal. From the receptionist, to the rolling chair before your adjusted, to the adjustment itself. Everything is made to help you feel better. I have since been back every week to get my adjustment and I couldn't be happier. I have my body back! Initial exam can be pricey, but afterwards if you have insurance, it is extremely reasonable.

I was very impressed by Dr. Forgette's verbally walking me through her evaluation and assessment; her willingness to listen and address any questions; and her openness towards complementary and alternative medicine. I felt I was in very good hands and would recommend her service to any individual with musculoskeletal concerns seeking a Western medical evaluation and/or treatment.

The administrative staff is less than desirable . Not very friendly and does not call you back. Waited two weeks to get phone call for scheduling my injection. However when I called them to find out when I could schedule my injection, they said that the approval from my insurance still has not come back. I called my insurance immediately and they said that they had just received the request for the procedure within minutes after I got off the phone with the spine center. My insurance said that they would process this claim and get it back to them promptly. I then had to call back the spine center a week later to find out when I could come in for my injection. I was then scheduled for my injection a week later. They are not on top of their paperwork and procedures at all in the front office. Nor do they take responsibility when they have made a mistake. I would suggest that if you use this center, be proactive in scheduling your appointments and be proactive with your insurance so that you get the care that you deserve because the doctor is a great doctor.

He had me do a blood draw BEFORE my exam. This might not seem like much, but being able to sit with the doctor and discuss anything that might be of concern instead of reading a printed explanation and having to call later on with any questions is huge. After the "poke, prod and deep breaths" examination he sat and discussed everything with me for the remainder of the appointment. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was on a conveyor belt like I have at some other doctors. I even felt like when he left that he genuinely cared and that if I'd had further questions he would have gone over on time. You also get a print out with all of his recommendations when you leave, so you don't have to try to remember it all. Best of all, now a few months later, I can say that he was able to ameliorate ALL of my issues with a general diet overhaul. I highly recommend Dr. Sharp!

Since I was in a car accident and had a neck and back injury which resulted in me having BPPV which had been diagnosed by a medical doctor at Swedish Medical Center. I requested that my left ear crystals to be red distributed, as I have balance issues due to BPPV. Alex a therapist at the West Seattle location was to only distribute the crystals in my left ear. Instead, he spent most of my session on his laptop, probably trying to find out how to do the Epley maneuver. What he did was have me turn my head to the left and to the right said that that's all I needed to do and that I would be cured and that I did not have BPPV. I did not come here for a medical diagnosis, and Alex, you are not a medical doctor. You also gave me a deep tissue massage, which killed me at the base of my neck and my scalp.
