I was so happy to find a nearby physican-own clinic that spoke Vietnamese for my mother. She knows…read morelittle english. After calling around they accepted PIP from auto accidents. They were able to fit my mom in that week we called. Parking was plenty. Waiting area is small the front desk I was greeted by the receptionist and Mrs. Hong. She primary does skin care. They were first very nice to us. Then I was not allowed to come back into the exam room itself their excuse was it is too small. Fine i waited outside. only to find out my mom has just done extra Red light therapy which is skin care for treating pain related auto accident. My mom PIP insurance had to pay for two services 1. the exam Dr. Dinh 2. red light therapy done by Mrs. Hong 3. They recommend expensive salon pads prescription by a nearby asian pharmacy. Overall, beside being fluent in Vietnamese language and a nice location service was a disappointment. I had to call them to cancel their weekly appointment for follow up treatment and that is when I talked with both receiption manager and Mrs. Hong about the services they did without proper consult and explaining to my mom it is extra services. Just because PIP insurance pays doesn't mean the service was needed or explained. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a doctor who really cares for their patient. and listens to what the patients needs. Don't walk away you should avoid this place at all cost.

I made an appointment from clicking on the ad this morning. When I arrived and told them I booked through this ad the front desk girl did not know what I was talking about. She said they did not have an ad. I told her they did and it was in Facebook. She said Facebook, we don't advertise on Facebook. Then Jessica the PA came out to discuss my questions. She said there is no way to test for antibodies or a prior infection or COVID immunity. I told her the ad said they did. She was also unaware of an ad and suggested I might have the wrong company. By this time I said I'll still take the test. Then I found out I had to pay my $30 copay and they would bill my insurance for the rest of the $150 cost. I was more concerned but I still went ahead and said I'd like to take the test. This is where it gets very bad. The front desk girl with no ID on her person stating if she was an RN or anything, which is not in compliance with the Washington Board of Health rules. She seemed to have a difficult time finding my vein to draw the blood. When she finally stuck my arm a tiny amount of blood started to flow down the tube to fill the vial then it stopped. She began to withdraw the needle slightly and the needle pooped out of my arm and blood went all over. She placed cotton balls on the bleeding and a bandaid over that. Then she said she would try another vein in my forearm, which always stings badly. The same situation occurred again. She pulled back on the needle when blood stopped flowing and again the needle popped out and she shoved it back in. Still no success. I've had many blood draws over the years and I knew something was not right. She asked if she could have a student draw my blood. I said if she couldn't do it I did not want a student trying it. By now my arm is aching. The student came in and immediately she looked upset with me! I said I prefer to have my copay reimbursed and I was told their POS machine would not do refunds. The student got online and called their billing department where there was no answer. She hung up and printed a piece of paper saying they refunded my copay. But there was nothing refunded, just a receipt. I was told I need to call their billing department and work with them to refund my money. Seriously people you can't make this up. I took the receipt and promptly left the office. The office had a paper sign on the door, instead of an actual professional sign. I have now made contact with the Washington Board of Health to encourage an audit of their practices. This all happened today on August 28, 2020. Beware of this clinic. It feels fraudulent. I imagine my post will be taken down but I have all the evidence needed to make sure this does not happen to someone else.
