Let's talk about A Better You! Love it here. Great place to start your recovery process, especially…read moreafter some long grueling workouts at the gym. I started with the Cryotherapy, let's just say it's Cold! Lol even though it's cold, it's withstand-able. You're only in for 3 minutes, and you get to watch funny YouTube videos to make the time go by faster. The process of Cryotherapy is exposing the body to -240 degrees Fahrenheit, causing the body to naturally trigger the healing processes in your muscles. Was described to me as an ice bath on steroids. You can definitely feel a relief immediately after coming out of the machine and getting over being cold. After the full body cryotherapy, i did a session of the local body part cryo. This i had done on my lower back. Same process as the full body, but using a tool that can pin point to specific areas of the body. 3-5 minute process. Last i did was the Normatec leg compressions. It's where you put these sleeves on your legs, and it uses air and compression to massage out lactic acid in your legs. They also have the compression for arms and hips. 30-60 min process. You could literally fall asleep in the comfortable recliners they have you lay back in. The most amazing part about this is, the package i just described was ONLY $50! Can't get much better than that. I encourage all to at least try these methods out after some hard workouts. Even if you are recovering from injury/physical therapy; i think it's a great choice. My only wish is that it was another location in the city, like downtown. Either way, it's worth the drive!

So i called and the manager said he canceled it again for me.. BUT af the end of the year My accountant informed me that these charges were STILL happening! So i called AGAIN and they swore they would take care of it and i shouldnt have believed them because my accountant said to me today august 1 20223 that i have been getting these charges again. I'm so sick of dealing with this and i honestly just want my money back. I have PROOF of these calls and i took pictures of the paper the staff wrote my name on.

Music was so relaxing and peaceful. Madison was at the desk and she told me to help myself to some tea or water. She was very helpful and very informative so I really did appreciate that especially this being my first visit. She showed me to my room where I was to do the 45 min infrared sauna. She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. I doxed off for a few.. I love that the sauna beeps very mildly to let you know there's 5 min left. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit most especially because it was a wonderful surprise that they had Easter eggs hidden and the sign said to find one so I did and it said my next appointment was free! I'll definitely be purchasing some more after that! I definitely recommend giving this a try. Self care is so important. The ambiance of the entire environment is very serene and calming. Definitely a nice little spot to get away from the chaos.

I bought some products here a few years ago and took a tour of their facility…read more Their business name refers to cleansing your colon with water via a colonic. I'm a bit too squeamish/bashfull to explain it in detail. Princess Di was big on colonics, and it is supposedly all the rage in Hollywood. I believe that yes, there is something to it. There can be a benefit, because some people sometimes do get various undigested particles of food stuck in the large intestine. If you have occassionally done a "cleanse" procedure (ie, cleaning out your digestive tract) by taking a special package of herbs/etc, then you might want to investigate the benefits of a colonic. Read their web site for benefits, and a more detailed description. There are only two colonic places in Indianapolis: here, and Natural Rejuvenation. Cleansing Waters is a clean, bright, cheery facility, and the staff are professional and friendly. They also carry some nutritional products, and have related detox devices and services like ionic foot spa, SOQI and CHI machines. This place is a more than, and more legit than "alternative medicine". If you are looking to improve your general health, and don't want to just add another prescription medication, or if MDs and their pills haven't served what you're looking to fix, check them out. (That's not to dis MDs. It's just that docs are not 100% successfull in treating 100% of their patients.)

TLWR: if you're looking for a place to do a colonic and you're already familiar with an open system…read more(& have done several) this might be for you?? So I visited this place for a colonic. I've had one done previously using a closed system. I didn't realize there was more than one system so I went into this kinda blinded. Anyway, the faculty was in the back of the home which was fine. When I came in, the lady informed me I didn't have to wear a mask (I kept it on tho). She asked me a few questions then told we would be doing an open system. If you don't know, in an open system, you sit in this tub like thing with the tub in your butt. I was aware of the tube going in your butt but I didn't expect to not receive any help. She was very hands off and gave very little advice or help. She told me to just play around with it until I could feel the water flow (it took about 15-20mins for me to get it). Once it started, it wasn't even smooth sailing. I didn't have as much waste as I expected to leave my system. I told her it didn't feel right and she was just like "it's fine". she ultimately told me my colon was dehydrated after making several other excuses. (Mind you I drink a gallon of water a day). I booked for two colonics but I ultimately paid for one bc I just couldn't go through that again. I won't even further mention the negative comment she made about my weight after I told her it wasn't a priority for me.
