Just explaining what they offered in case I wanted to come back for future visits. I was there to relax and tune in and he made sure that was the experience that I was going to get. The facility is extremely relaxing, quiet, clean, and professional. I finished my float and I was free to leave. I enjoyed doing the payment before the service so I could leave in that peaceful headspace without having to tune out to deal with payment and conversation. We had a bit of a time crunch and we needed the girls to be fresh for the next game. They only had an hour. Cryotherapy allows for quick recovery and boy did it work. We funneled in 15 girls for full body sessions in two machines. Since they were sweaty from their previous game, they had to shed all their clothes for safety (frost bite). We'll surely be back!

You have an hour float session and if you're low on magnesium, this helps too! I would recommend putting aside 1 1/2 to 2hrs to do this activity! For beginners, you will receive a quick run down on how everything works! You are asked to take a shower to remove any oils, creams and etc off your body! Then, the float begins (recommend no clothing) I will note, the room light is a motion sensor so if you're not okay with darkness, wave your arms out for that! This was an interesting experience and something I will do again! FYI. You will be covered in so much salt, so please, after the second shower, bring your own soaps, lotions, clean behind those ears, and towel. Check them out, $35 for first time session!
