She lost more than 100 lbs on WW and has kept it off. She knows the program personally and motivates us to take care of ourselves and focus on our "why." Yes, WW is about losing weight and you weigh in before meetings BUT the meetings and content focus on you as a holistic person. Example: this week's workshop focused on 10 ways to de-stress during the holidays. The studio location was very clean, bright and welcoming. Coach Terri greeted me at the door with a warm welcome, as well as the guide who was at the check-in station. The meeting topic was good, and the group seemed to feel very comfortable in sharing their struggles, successes and ideas with the group. I think the overall tone of the meeting was due to the staff and their members. I wish there were more WW locations opening up where you can also purchase WW products. I hate paying for shipping! Anyway now that the pandemic is over, (or almost) it's time for WW to reopen more locations across the Country! WW is a tried and true healthy way to enjoy life!
