In trying to make things easier to handle, a worker was informed to cut off supporting branches of a huge limb that was perched on my tree. Doing so caused the limb to break free of the tree itself and not just pull out my power lines to my house, but also hit the roof in a way that caused the eaves and connected gutter to separate some from the roof itself. They did the job quickly and got all branches up as stated, but their cleanup afterwards was limited primarily to the branches and the initial blowing off of the roof to work on it. The roof and the walkway to my house were left covered in saw dust. Before I paid the company, their responses were quick and professional. After they left and I noticed the damage to the roof -- all that would be needed was to hammer the eaves back in and make sure no further damage is done to the gutter -- it took hours to hear back from the company. A week ago they said they would send someone out to do a quick repair and I imagine since they have the money, they have no need to try and continue to provide good service.

Mandella's Tree Service is excellent!…read more We needed 10-12 large trees taken out of our back yard lower nature area (without disturbing dozens of fully grown azaleas and rhododendron). Mike and his team were professional and did an amazing job. So much so that our next door neighbor hired him on the spot and they took out 4 of his large trees the same day. Mike Mandella has a professional team with experience and all the necessary removal equipment, trucks, etc to get the job done quickly, efficiently and on budget. Highly recommend!

They were one of many estimates we received and they came in with the best price and timeline with the trim, removal and stump grind coming in around $1,000. Many other estimates were running us $2,500+, so we were happy to have found Silver Axe. They were timely, professional and knowledgeable during the quoting phase and while on site. Our house featured above ground power lines that came close to the oak tree in the front yard, and they handled this well to ensure nothing happened to our connection. The tree in the back and subsequent stump grinding was done well. I do wish I would have paid the bit extra to have them haul the chips off, but I decided to fill in some spots on the fence line with the wood chips, and they made their way into my grassy area eventually which became a pain...so lesson learned. Overall, Silver Axe came in clutch and helped us solve a few tree issues we had. The trims were great and the dead tree removal was a lift of stress we no longer had to worry about. Highly recommend!

Look no further than Atlanta Tree Surgeon!! Words cannot even begin to articulate our gratitude and…read moreappreciation for the entire Atlanta Tree Surgeon Team. What initially felt like an impossible job to complete, was done by Atlanta Tree Surgeon. Their high level of professionalism and customer service is second to none! We had reached out to Atlanta Tree Surgeon following a disaster that had been created by a prior tree removal company we had hired, who had abandoned us mid-project, wreaking havoc in our backyard. From the initial communications with Atlanta Tree Surgeon, through their Office Manager Laura, we were both impressed by their timeliness with communication/follow up calls and orderly arrival. We had the pleasure of meeting Chase who empathized with our situation and provided us with a free estimate. The day of the project, like clockwork, the Atlanta Tree Surgeon Team got to work and diligently cleared and removed multiple trees from our backyard. Their attention to detail was miraculous, from removing all the leftover debris and "trash" from our backyard to laying down protective material to protect our lawn throughout the entire process. I have never experienced such an organized and efficient team like Atlanta Tree Surgeon. I am confident that the Atlanta Tree Surgeon team were our prayers answered. I highly encourage you all to consider hiring Atlanta Tree Surgeon for ALL your tree removal related jobs and projects, as I have witnessed first-hand what they are capable of. Furthermore, they offer very competitive prices. The owner Jimmy (a very nice guy) should be proud of his entire team, they are truly pros at what they do. With no reservations, I give my highest recommendation to Atlanta Tree Surgeon.
