She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing…read moredoctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

I've made some great progress with Stephanie and I feel like she really does give a shit. Lol The only thing that pissed me off is that before I started coming here I provided my insurance information see how much my therapy would be costing me. They told me that my insurance went through and I would pay $30 per visit. Excellent. So I started going for the next 2 months. Then I got a call from the receptionist saying that there was a mix up with my insurance number and that I actually have to pay a deductible of $90 per visit. And that I would be receiving a bill for the difference for the past 2 months! This has caused quite a problem for me and has substantially delayed my recovery. I'm not sure whose fault it is, it just really sucks.

I was in a really bad motorcycle accident last year so I've received treatment for my legs, back, shoulders, and arms. Carolyn Sink is awesome! So are all of the PT assistants. I had been going to Baylor and was really unhappy with the quality of treatment, but Carolyn completely changed my views on physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and she has helped me tremendously in my recovery. Furthermore, the clinic is a fun place to be and everyone there has a great sense of humor. The banter alone makes me look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Physical Therapy of Plano. Oh, one more thing. I have met many other patients there over the past 9 months, and for the most part everyone seems to me to be quite satisfied with their treatment.

I dialed the office number for Clair Physical Therapy approx 5 separate times before someone…read moreactually answered the phone. A person named Kastin finally answered. I asked her if they were accepting new patients. Kastin said, "Yes." Then, I asked if she could tell me the their physical location since I had already received their address from my insurance company. But, Kastin told me that she didn't know where she was! !?!?!?!?! She told me that she would have to look it up on GOOGLE MAPS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Obviously, Kastin was in a call center located off property somewhere. She was horrible at telling me the exact location of their offices in Plano!!! As a result, I was on the phone with Kastin for over 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES IS THE VERY DEFINTION OF INEFFICIENCY TO SCHEDULE AN APPT! Finally, I asked her, "Can you just transfer me to someone at that location?" "No," was here one-word reply. !?!?!?!?! So, Kastin began asking me questions instead. She had begun the data entry portion of the call. She took all of my pertinent information including insurance policy, etc. Then, she told me that she needed my credit card information. !?!?!?!?! I asked Kastin why she needed my credit card when they could just file my insurance upon my first visit there. She said, "We need a credit card to hold your reservation." I explained, "You're NOT a hotel holding a reservation." She said, "Well, you can bring us a personal check in the amount of $40 BEFORE your appointment." BOGUS! SCAM! Of course, they'd like to have forty dollars of my money BEFORE I show up for my first appointment. I tried to get her to explain to me whether I could get my $40 reservation money back after my first appointment. Kastin refused to answer that question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked her for the name of her manager. Trevor Soper. I asked to speak with Trevor. Kastin put me on hold b/c eternal holding patterns over twenty minutes is their specialty. AND THEN SHE DISCONNECTED THE CALL! So, I called back. This time, Sofia answered the phone. I asked Sofia for her manager. She said, "You mean the director?" (incompetence) I said, "Yeah...whatever you guys call the person in charge. Trevor came on the line. As it turns out, Trevor IS NOT an office manager or supervisor or a director!!! He's just one of the physical therapists! I tried to tell Trevor about the unusually long hold time that was approx 30 minutes. He said, "I don't care." Trevor refused to listen! There are thousands of physical therapy offices in the metroplex. If you don't want to hold your appointment time with a $40 reservation fee that may or may not be reimbursed, I suggest you call someone else. Ridiculous 20-minute call time duration, employees who don't know where they are located & have to refer to Google Maps, and ridiculous hotel reservations with your credit card info including the security code on the back of your card!!! All of that...just to schedule and hold an appointment. That's unacceptable imho. When I asked my husband Jack to come on the line so he could hear Trevor's nonsense...Trevor refusing al to listen to me...Trevor talking over me...Trevor released the call. !?!?!?!?! Apparently, Trevor was afraid to have a grown man on the line paying attention to the unprofessionalism taking place! Trevor was more than willing to treat the woman on the line as persona non grata. At any rate, Trevor wouldn't allow Jack to inquire about their $40 policy to "hold my reservation." Plus, I don't trust what CLAIR PT may do with all of my private information. Will they sell it? or run my insurance anyway? Who knows. If anything shady happens to my insurance, etc, I know exactly where to begin my search for identity theft. CLAIR PT surely wanted money for nothing as evidenced by their $40 reservation policy. MONEY FOR NOTHING AND ZERO TRANSPARENCY! Any business that wants a credit card and/or personal check as a deposit before they'll see you in their office is a joke!!! Then, when you factor in that they refused to tell me if I could get the $40 deposit back...the whole situation feel like a scam to me!!! DO NOT BOOK A "RESERVATION" WITH CLAIR PT!

I had surgery and a ton of hardware put in my leg. I was told that if I worked hard and got a good physical therapist, I had a decent chance of recovering most of my leg function back, but that it would be an uphill battle. I tried a different physical therapy place three times before deciding there was no way that they had the kind of approach I needed, as an athlete, to get where I needed to be. I found an article online where a patient said they traveled over an hour each way to go to Fyzical and I knew I had to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. Ben and AJ have helped me progress so far in just 3 short months. I couldn't even walk when I first started coming, now they have me doing lunges and mountain climbers. They know I want my former athletic function back so they tailor my sessions toward strength and conditioning for both my leg and the rest of my body. Their positive attitude always helps me believe I can recover and get past this awful injury. The front office staff (Karla and Dolores) are so nice and helpful, and make coming here pleasant. I had an easy time booking an appointment, and there was a gap between my 1st session and 2nd massage session, so they sent me a friendly email reminder to use the remainder of my Groupon. I appreciated that, because I would have forgotten otherwise. The massage therapist is great! She personalized my massage based off of my medical history. Since I had a history of cancer (lymphoma, specifically), she was able to do a special "lymph" drainage massage. I've had reflexology and deep-tissue massages before in the past, but I've never had something like this done before. Very relaxing! And not at all painful or uncomfortable in any way. The massage therapist was also good about asking specifically where I wanted my massage (neck tension), and she focused on that area longer than others. It was about an hour long. I enjoyed my experience here! Would recommend.
