I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. They told me that my insurance went through and I would pay $30 per visit. Excellent. So I started going for the next 2 months. Then I got a call from the receptionist saying that there was a mix up with my insurance number and that I actually have to pay a deductible of $90 per visit. And that I would be receiving a bill for the difference for the past 2 months! This has caused quite a problem for me and has substantially delayed my recovery. I'm not sure whose fault it is, it just really sucks.

I found an article online where a patient said they traveled over an hour each way to go to Fyzical and I knew I had to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. Ben and AJ have helped me progress so far in just 3 short months. I couldn't even walk when I first started coming, now they have me doing lunges and mountain climbers. They know I want my former athletic function back so they tailor my sessions toward strength and conditioning for both my leg and the rest of my body. Their positive attitude always helps me believe I can recover and get past this awful injury. The front office staff (Karla and Dolores) are so nice and helpful, and make coming here pleasant. This noise has been there at least 6 months but likely much longer. Second, beware of the cost they tell you it will be. It's not what they tell you. That's only an estimate. I was told it would be $325 a visit and am being charged about $500 a visit and that is after the insurance cuts down what they are charging. They never tell you it is only an estimate. No way to budget.

The physical therapy staff always smiled and said hello though, as I walked through the area to go to the massage room. I had an easy time booking an appointment, and there was a gap between my 1st session and 2nd massage session, so they sent me a friendly email reminder to use the remainder of my Groupon. I appreciated that, because I would have forgotten otherwise. The massage therapist is great! She personalized my massage based off of my medical history. Since I had a history of cancer (lymphoma, specifically), she was able to do a special "lymph" drainage massage. I've had reflexology and deep-tissue massages before in the past, but I've never had something like this done before. Very relaxing! And not at all painful or uncomfortable in any way. The massage therapist was also good about asking specifically where I wanted my massage (neck tension), and she focused on that area longer than others. It was about an hour long. I enjoyed my experience here! Would recommend.
