We had an initial sit down the first day, and got a plan in place. A couple weeks later, once my doctor said I could begin rehab, we hit the ground, "running". Julia, and Brittany are the two that I've had the most appointments with, and both have helped tremendously. I've gone from weak legs, and one knee that I couldn't even extend, and a foot that can't hold, or push much weight, to walking, and making more progress each day! I actually look forward to getting in there for my hour of therapy twice a week, knowing that it's only going to get better. Other therapists are very professional, and personable, as well as the ladies at the front counter when you sign in. I've already recommended this location to others, and will continue to in the future. Keep up the great work, and Thank You!!

I have been getting physical therapy at Baylor Scott and White Rehab with Anne Signorelli who is…read moretrained to treat people with Parkinson's Disease. I was diagnosed with PD 2 years ago and had a hip replacement in November of last year. Also, I have scoliosis and osteoarthritis. Anne has treated my hip and back with physical therapy and also with a fairly new procedure called dry needle. The very thin dry needle is inserted into muscle in my back and moved around to lessen the tightness of the muscle. I had the procedure done twice and it has helped my pain and stiffness in my back a lot. I would recommend Ms. Signorelli because she is an excellent physical therapist with lots of knowledge and training and she will seek the best treatment for her patients.

I left with pain in my good hip after the ridiculous exercises that were guessed on the fly. The final straw was they had the front receptionist add deep heat. She sat down the electric connections to be plugged in to ?? She put the heat pack in the wrong area. Then someone else (another hand off) to set a timer. They left. The timer went off for almost 5 minutes before they returned. I will never go back there.

Dr. Tyler and his team are just incredible! This is only the 3rd chiropractor that I've ever seen…read morein my life. I left the first one in more pain than when I went in. The second was absolutely no help and was a joke, tbh. Upon moving to McKinney, ChiroConcepts was the initial chiropractor I went to after a car accident that I was in. The amount of questions they asked me about my specific pains was surprising and I swear it felt the questions just went on and on, but in a good way because the questions being asked, I've NEVER been asked those questions before and the descriptions creepily described exactly how I was feeling. Because of the accident, they went through a RANGE of measurements. Again, shocking to me. They took X-Rays and started me on some "feel good treatment". After the first treatment of the back rolling table (this is heaven to me, btw) to relax my back muscles, Dr. Tyler went through my X-Rays with me. The other place said 24-48 hours, maybe 72 to get the X-Rays back. Chiro Concepts did it in minutes. Doc got me on the table and got to popping. He said, "remember this area in your neck on the X-Ray? Here it comes..." *crack* I had to go to another chiropractor after the initial time and fought like hell to get back in to Chiro Concepts. I look forward to coming here. I try to pop my lower my back on my own and so far, it's never failed that it pops on its own right before Dr. Tyler does it and it feels soooooooooo good. I swear, I feel so much better every time I leave here. Every massage I've ever had has always been to try to get my lower back and it just never got all the way better. This is what I was missing the whole time. This place is literally changing my life because I'm able to do things again without pain. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

I wish I could give Vista PT 5 stars. Truly. And as for my physical therapist, Zoey, she earned…read moreherself 10 stars! However, there is a big problem with Vista PT in Mckinney. After submitting my referral from my surgeon as well as all of my insurance documents, including an email containing a screenshot that my deductible had already been 100% met as requested by Vista. I was told by reception/billing that my copay for each visit would be $21. Great! I booked twice weekly appointments and began my healing! Each visit I paid my $21 prior to each appointment. Imagine my surprise when suddenly I received a bill for almost $600 in the snail mail. I have worked tirelessly with Vista's billing department (out of state BTW) in conjunction with my insurance (upwards of a total of 8-10 separate phone calls) to no avail. Naturally, I have halted my PT and am simply left to continue the exercises I already was assigned and utilizing online resources to try to remedy my issues post 2 surgeries. Vista claims this is not their issue and the bill must be paid instead of working to correct the issue. I am now left to pay over $600 for a total of 11 visits with Vista PT. Just not right and unethical IMHO. Just be aware this may happen regardless of what the office may tell you upfront regarding billing prior to your first appointment. Very disappointed.

Forge Physical Therapy: They Got My Groove Back!…read more After having a hip replacement on June 15, I knew physical therapy was going to be a big part of getting back to my normal self. What I didn't expect was to actually LOVE going to physical therapy! I went to Forge Physical Therapy in Frisco 2-3 times a week for about two months, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From day one, I felt like I was part of the Forge family. Dr. Spencer is absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what I needed--even when I wasn't entirely sure what I needed myself! He pushed me, encouraged me, and helped me rebuild my strength and confidence after surgery. Most importantly, he knew how to help me get my groove back! And believe me, after a hip replacement, getting your groove back is no small accomplishment! And then there is Ms. Linda--aka "The Colonel." What can I say about The Colonel? She was so incredibly sweet, caring, encouraging, and just genuinely happy to see me every time I walked in. She made every visit feel a little more like visiting friends than going to PT. In fact, I have NEVER felt so much love and genuine care in a physical therapy office. These people went from being my physical therapists to feeling like family. And somehow, I actually looked forward to seeing them 2-3 times a week--which is pretty impressive considering I was there because I had just had my hip replaced! Forge is a newer PT location, and Frisco is SO lucky to have them. If you need physical therapy, I cannot recommend this team enough. They have the knowledge, expertise, encouragement, and--most importantly--the HEART. Thank you, Dr. Spencer, Ms. Linda/The Colonel, and the entire Forge team for taking such great care of me and helping me get back to doing the things I love. I came in with a new hip and left with a stronger body, a lot more confidence, and a whole new group of people I now consider friends/family. Five stars doesn't even seem like enough! And yes... I actually miss going to PT. Who says that?!
